The front desk lady was very welcoming and gave me a room on the fourth floor with a beautiful view. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but fairly clean. There are some creaking floors and furniture. The breakfast restaurant is very nice, with a view of the church. The food was average. It's very close to Central Station, making transportation very convenient.

The hotel's location is excellent, convenient to every hotel and shopping destination. I visited almost every part of Rome while staying here, and it was incredibly safe without encountering any pickpockets. The breakfast was plentiful. I initially booked a basic double room, but the toilet wasn't clean and the bathroom floor was leaking. After contacting Ctrip, I contacted the front desk immediately, and they were incredibly helpful. They immediately inspected and repaired my room, and upgraded me to a better suite the next day. While the bed still had a new bed smell, it didn't detract from the experience. The new room was exceptionally clean, and the front desk staff, in particular, prioritized the customer experience and gave me a daily free coffee voucher. This was a stark contrast to my experience at a five-star hotel in the UK last year, which was patronizing and indifferent to Chinese customers. The Italians are incredibly hardworking and prioritize the customer experience. For this reason, I'll definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room is not big, especially the twin room is a bit cramped compared to my friend's double room. The toilet is very comfortable, the bed is also good, and I slept very well!
