Hotel la Scala

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the station, and there are many restaurants and small hotels nearby. At first, it was hard to find the hotel. It's on the third floor of a residential building. There's a small sign at the door. You ring the doorbell and wait for it to open. Once inside, you'll see a small, old-fashioned door. The elevator is broken, so you have to use the stairs. There are probably less than 10 rooms! I didn't think this was a hotel... The room was clean and spacious, with a classic ceiling pattern and period furniture, but it was well-maintained. The soundproofing in the room was really poor. I encountered excited neighbors both days, chatting loudly until almost 2 a.m.... The breakfast was delicious. Since there weren't many guests, they could make a different scrambled or poached egg to order each day, along with hot croissants and plenty of fruit.

The room is very big, the bathroom is very big, the decoration is not luxurious but has a sense of design. There was someone at the front desk from 7:30 to 21:00. The waiter was very friendly and provided free breakfast. A very good stay.
