The Hoxton Florence

Ho pensato subito: "Che bello stare qui!" Ambiente giovane, libero. Accoglienza amichevole e professionale. Stanza confortevole, soft, con tutti i confort immaginabili, e la possibilità di andare oltre. Riposo assoluto: materasso ultracomodo, silenzio assoluto, dotazioni eccellenti, condizionamento in pieno controllo. La colazione è alla carte. Posizione eccellente, non a due passi dal centro: è al centro di Firenze. Se non si ha voglia di uscire per incontrare nuove persone le nuove persone si incontrano nell'Enoteca Violetta... Io lì per lavoro, ma ho invidiato chi lì per vacanza : la vacanza è arrivata da loro

English: I would probably recommend the stay more for vacation than for work as it was in my case. Excellent welcome and helpfulness of the Reception staff. A few small additions in the service kits in the rooms would certainly be helpful given the level and cost of the hotel (e.g. bathrobe, slippers, courtesy set, 1 or 2 more towel hangers in the bathrooms, maybe a gadget, as provided in other hotels, ...). Welcoming and relaxing room, large and comfortable bed. Rest and relaxation guaranteed! Excellent cleanliness, a detail absolutely not negligible. For breakfast, which I had included in the Roomy, I think (also given the origin of the Company) that it is more suitable for an Anglo-Saxon or Yankee clientele. Not knowing, I would have expected a large international buffet rather than the choice of just one dish. Having said that, the quality was still excellent! Last but not least, special mention for Sofia, the lobby bar attendant, very kind and helpful, prepared and above all attentive to details. Well done!
