The location is good near Santa Maria Novella Station. The exterior is a bit scary because it's on a street with graffiti, but the rooms are very clean. There is no fixed front desk, and I received a message in advance saying, "Because it's an after-hours check-in, please open the safety deposit box with this PIN number, get the room key, and check in yourself." However, after arriving, I couldn't find the safety deposit box, and I was quite confused. In the end, a staff member came and helped me out. The safety deposit box was a box tied to the outer door, so please refer to this if you have the same problem! By the way, checking out was easy because I just had to leave the key in the room.

We had multiple rooms, one was literally right next to reception desk (pic1) and had visible mould in the room (pic2). The other room was in a nearby building (pic3) next to entrance (pic4). Both rooms have strong mouldy smell, the bedding was damp and felt uncomfortable first night. The latter room at nearby building can smell cooking from neighbors and can hear people enter and exit building.
In summary, other than good location near train station and communication from host, I'd recommend others to consider paying a bit more for a better experience.

Except for the location, this hotel is not very good. The facilities are old and the rooms are clean and tidy. The disadvantage is: the conversion plug cannot be matched, so it takes a long time.

I stayed in this property while waiting to attend the Firenze Rock in the evening.... Very clean room with bathroom and large shower and equipped with air conditioning. Easily reachable by tram. Very quiet area. I recommend it.

Do NOT stay at this hotel! If I could give zero out of five starts I would. After arriving late at night, I went to take a shower but the floor and tiles of the shower were covered in black mold. It covered the bottom corners on the inside and outside of the shower. It was truly disgusting and unsanitary! I contacted the hotel owner about the problem, requesting a different room, but she did not respond. Therefore,, my family and I, despite it being 11PM, left the hotel and had to find a different place to stay. Additionally, the lock of the room's door didn't work. Please do yourself a favor and do not stay here.
