Posizione perfetta sia per spostarsi dalla stazione dei treni o aeroporto, che per esplorare il centro ed entrambe le rive dell'Arno a piedi. Check-in estremamente facile e personale gentilissimo e disponibile, abbiamo molto apprezzato il suggerimento di un posto in cui fare colazione. La camera era spaziosa e il letto e il bagno comodissimi. Uniche pecche: in camera l'unico posto su cui potersi sedere è il letto (niente altre sedie o sgabelli), e le pareti non trattengono bene il rumore che a volte è un po' eccessivo (ospiti in reception, purtroppo a noi è capitato la mattina presto e probabilmente tubature / toilette elettrica dal bagno).

Mala experiencia
El aire acondicianado no servía ya que empezó a tirar agua hacia la cabecera de la cama y a la cama misma, intentamos comunicarnos con el dueño pero no contestaba hasta muchas horas después y en 2 noches no hicieron nada.

Mala experiencia con mi familia
Un lugar encerrado, sin luz, con mal olor, con mucho ruido de la calle, pésimos acabados (en las fotos todo parecía mil veces mejor), el ruido de las cañerías désespérante. Lo bueno, la ubicación.

Not a bad location however the rooms themselves were not good. We got to the rooms and immediately got hit with a backed up sewage smell. The sink was backed up, bathroom constantly running/flushing, and it did not look good at all! Every breath you took on the bed, it would squeak extremely loud. Rarely ever saw staff. The room wash ok at best.

Muy buena ubicación, bien para el costo.
Esta muy cerca de la estación del tren principal (Santa María Novella). Llegamos a pie.
Caminar a la calle de compras finas (grandes marcas) es solo unos 5 minutos. Llegar a la catedral es unos 15 minutos. Y 20 minutos a la galería uffizi.
El cuarto esta muy bien, limpio y se ve muy nuevo. El costo incluye el contenido del mini bar y un desayuno en el café ubicado a unos 00 metros.

Boa localização, boas instalações, atendimento cordial e eficiente, amenities com a qualidade 4*. Sugiro apenas transformar um dos cômodos usados como depósito em uma copa comum aos hóspedes, com microondas e torradeira, o que tornaria a estada muito mais conveniente.
