Climatisation hs dans le salon et la chambre ( réparation au scotch ) . Photos qui ne représentent absolument pas les appartements à disposition, mobilier vieillot, cuvette cassée, salle de bain pas de première fraîcheur, canapé taché, service client pas terrible! Ça commence à faire beaucoup ! Et par rapport a la concurrence c’est pas donné en plus … Lorsque nous avons appelé pour dire que la Clim ne fonctionnait pas on m’a assuré que si ,puis on m’a dit que “c’était pas leur faute mais la faute des clients précédents “ .. Nous avons appelé a 15 h30 pour ce problème de climatisation, la réparation ne se fera que demain dans la mâtinée. Nous ne sommes à Florence que pour deux jours … il aurait peut-être fallu songer à réparer ce bazar avant notre arrivée! 🤔 Tout ces problèmes auraient éventuellement pu être excusables si les photos n’étaient pas trompeuses ( par exemple il n’y a pas de terrasse ce sont les photos d’un autre appartement ) D’honnête locataires auraient changé les photos trompeuses du site dès le premier commentaire traitant du problème…je me permet donc de déclarer cet hôtel/appartement de méga piège à touristes ! Voyageuses, voyageurs passez votre chemin

Ho lasciato passare un po’ di giorni prima di recensire questo postaccio tale era il nervoso e la rabbia che mi ha procurato questa esperienza . È il tipico esempio di PUBBLICITÀ INGANNEVOLE . Le foto del sito di *********** sono relative ad un appartamento ( IL BRUNELLESCHI) che è al piano Padronale del palazzo che non viene ovviamente assegnato, in compenso si viene collocati in una topaia al primo piano, appartamento DUOMO Che non ha nemmeno i requisiti minimi igienici. Divani macchiati, aria condizionata non funzionante e bagno indecente con rubinetterie guaste e arrugginite. Alle 16..00 l’appartamento non era ancora pulito e non vi dico la cafonaggine sia dell’host che del personale delle pulizie. Conclusione . Lasciate perdere. Siamo state parzialmente risarcite per i disagio anche se non dimenticheremo facilmente il tugurio nel quale siamo state collocate

posizione ottima, in centro, camere molto pulite, tutti i confort in cucina (lavastoviglie, lavatrice); una delle poche critiche i bagni ciechi e il rumore all'esterno nei fine settimana...se dovessi ritornare lo farei sicuramente con i tappi per le orecchie; gentilissimo i gestori Giorgia e Giovanni

Awful Stay - NOT AS ADVERTIZED I had booked for 7 nights and ended up checking out after the first night. This hotel is a complete scam. The rooms are not as advertised and the place smells bad! The bathroom was dirty and unmaintained. The ACs and heaters don’t work. (The heater was on all the time because the knob to control the temperature was broken). I am convinced that 1) they photoshop the pictures of the apartments 2) they are operating a scam whereby they lure in people and then refuse to refund them after they reach. Don't waste your money and avoid this place at all costs!

This was a place with a super location and price. Its a good size apartment, little old with drain problems on the first floor bathroom, the bath did not work at all because it was broken and the sink would not drain. We only stayed 2 nights and it was not worth for them to come the next day…. Also mosquitos are very very bad so take your repelent with you. Other than that , the apartment is very big, for families is great. The bed upstairs was ok but the one downstairs looked like it needed it to be renew. I will recommend it just becarse it is a nice building and its near by everything. 👍🏼😊

The building seems to be an old church, though not sure but the location is fantastic. We were a couple of minutes away from the best gelato place in Florence, which was wonderful. The building oozed with character and suited our needs. The appartment was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed including a coffee machine with pods. Despite fighting for the one socket to charge our phones, we recommend this place.

The photos are photoshopped to make the rooms appear well lit. In fact the rooms are so dark than I couldn’t wait to go out during the day to leave the apartment. They could have done so much to that place by installing proper lighting! I even had to shower in the dark as the shower light was broken. I messaged them about the shower light and never got a reply. I figured they knew about it and didn’t want to get it fixed. Many plugs don’t work, the furniture is old and needs restoration. The tv doesn’t function properly. this place would be stunning with renovations. Such a waste
