Accueil très agréable, en plus en français ce qui est pas mal appréciable quand on a un anglais moyen ! Literie très propre, ( et Dieu sait que je suis enquiquinante là dessus ) chambre et sdb propres également. Hôtel bien placé non loin du Duomo. Je recommande fortement

Prenotazione fatta su Booking. Richiesto la cancellazione 1 ora dopo perché avevo avuto un cambiamento di programma. Rispondono tramite Booking che rifiutano la cancellazione e mi chiedono a che ora arrivo (ma se ti ho richiesto di annullarla!!). Quando li chiamo mi dicono che non si può fare niente, che verrà addebitato e che se li avessi chiamati subito me l’avrebbero sicuramente annullata. Quindi rifiutano a Booking ma avrebbero accettato la cancellazione a me: è perché?? Falsi, da vergognarsi a condurre un’attività commerciale in questo modo.

I just have to say that I would never recommend it to anyone and I would never try to book with them again due to the lack of empathy and sensitivity of the staff who run it and also difficulties to understand you if it is not in English or Italian

I strongly advise against booking at Hotel Canada. And after reading the other comments, I see that we are not the only ones to have suffered the same treatment! We booked our stay in Florence months ago, departure is in four days and we received an email telling us that our credit card is invalid. After changing the card number and a call to the manager, we receive a "cancellation confirmation" email! So we call reception and we get hung up on telling us that they have no more rooms available and that they can't do anything. We therefore find ourselves without accommodation a few days before our stay thanks to this superb Canada hotel. In short, flee!

Tout a été parfait, de l'emplacement à l'accueil, de la chambre à la sympathie de la dame parlant parfaitement français. Merci chère dame !! Chambre propre, literie parfaite, climatisation, aucun bruit. Le meilleur hôtel, dans cette gamme de prix que j'ai visité jusqu'à maintenant. Merci
