While we're glad to hear that you found the room beautiful and the spa excellent, I am disappointed to learn about the issues you encountered during your stay. We are proud of our cuisine and quality of ingredients, sorry to hear that you experienced inconsistencies. Regarding the wine pricing and transparency, I apologize for any confusion or frustration this may have caused. We offer daily recommendations from high-quality wines / big bottles and will ensure better clarity for our guests in the future. Not only that, but we are always there for our guest if they have any questions / recommendations. We appreciate your kind words about our staff, although I regret to hear about the negative experience on your last night. Good service is very important to us. I understand your disappointment in not experiencing the traditional Austrian family friendliness due to language problems - most of our staff speak fluent English - but I don't. I still try to hearty welcome our guests, even though my English is not perfect. At least a smile is understood in any language :) Once again, I apologize for falling short of your expectations and for any inconvenience caused during your stay. Schade, dass dein vorheriges Hotel die Abendrestauration aufgegeben hat, aber umso schöner, dass ihr zu uns gefunden habt und wir euren Winterurlaub zu einem vollen Erfolg machen konnten. Es freut uns sehr, dass euch unser Themenzimmer, das Frühstücksbuffet und das Abendessen gefallen haben. Wir legen viel Wert auf gutes Essen, tollen Service und eine gemütliche Atmosphäre.
