We had a great stay. The room was clean and the location is great. You can add the front-desk lady on WeChat, which is really helpful. She had recommended several things for us and they were all great. If I really had to give some feedback, then I’d say they could improve by giving a shower cap and maybe some tea (bags). It did not bother us that it wasn’t there at all, it is just something we noticed. We had a great stay!

Excellent service, easy to arrange pickup even don't have a Chinese number, via chat channel in this app. Room is huge but some amenities in the room look old, some a bit broken but still in function so it's a good stay.

Best hotel in fenghuang ancient town .. you should stay here. Their room are very new and service was excellent

The owner is really a nice person and helpful, i was coming for the first time and not sure about the route so she helped me with it and when i am going the next day she helped me to get a taxi. They even helped me carry my luggage to the taxi and since there are a lot of stairs i am really grateful for it. The room is really clean and new, the toilet and shower room and right next to each other. Its also very convenient since they use AI thus we don’t really have to walk from the bed to open the curtain 😆. The view is also awesome especially during night time. I love the vibe of the room, to me it’s the mix of modern and a little vintage feel. Really recommend this place !

The B&B is located near Fengqiao. It costs about $30 to take a taxi from the high-speed rail station to Fengqiao. It is very close to the B&B after getting off the bus. The B&B staff will pick you up at Fengqiao and help you with your luggage. The staff was helpful and explained the tour route. I chose a room facing the river, right next to the wind bridge, and seeing the lights on, it’s beautiful! Complete facilities, clean.

The scenic area is in the central area and very convenient. The store clerks are friendly and approachable. The staff helped me to get my luggage from the scenic area entrance and climb the stairs to the room. Be mentally prepared. It’s not easy.

The kids love the duplex suite very much. The hotel is right in front of the Tuojiang River, and the night view is very beautiful. The proprietress is very nice. She picked us up and helped with the heavy luggage, introduced the routes to the attractions, and the service was very thoughtful!

The homestay is great, and the lady boss is super nice. Because there were so many people on May 1st and we had to wait a long time for a taxi shuttle at the high-speed rail station, the lady boss asked her colleague to pick us up on a motorcycle. I am so grateful. The homestay is also very smart, I really recommend it
