We had a great stay. The room was clean and the location is great. You can add the front-desk lady on WeChat, which is really helpful. She had recommended several things for us and they were all great. If I really had to give some feedback, then I’d say they could improve by giving a shower cap and maybe some tea (bags). It did not bother us that it wasn’t there at all, it is just something we noticed. We had a great stay!

Excellent service, easy to arrange pickup even don't have a Chinese number, via chat channel in this app. Room is huge but some amenities in the room look old, some a bit broken but still in function so it's a good stay.

Best hotel in fenghuang ancient town .. you should stay here. Their room are very new and service was excellent

The owner is really a nice person and helpful, i was coming for the first time and not sure about the route so she helped me with it and when i am going the next day she helped me to get a taxi. They even helped me carry my luggage to the taxi and since there are a lot of stairs i am really grateful for it. The room is really clean and new, the toilet and shower room and right next to each other. Its also very convenient since they use AI thus we don’t really have to walk from the bed to open the curtain 😆. The view is also awesome especially during night time. I love the vibe of the room, to me it’s the mix of modern and a little vintage feel. Really recommend this place !

I compared numerous B&Bs I booked online, but I was so attracted to hers that I booked it without hesitation. The B&B is only a minute or two away from Fengqiao. So convenient. The decoration of the B&B is very elegant, there are tea tables and sofas in the public area, and the stairs are also very unique. The room is very modern, clean and tidy, and quite cozy. Take a look at the scenery of the ancient city from the balcony, especially when the lights are on at night. The proprietress was very enthusiastic. She came to Fengqiao to pick us up before checking in, helped us carry our boxes, and introduced us to nearby attractions and food. Very satisfied with the stay experience.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the Fengqiao. You can see the river view and the performances on the river at night from the balcony. The hotel is decorated in a clean and simple black and white style. The landlady is very enthusiastic. She helped us carry our luggage and explained the hand-drawn maps. She also recommended a photography studio. Satisfied, the makeup is top-notch, the room is clean, the air conditioner and mosquito coils are turned on in advance, and there are disposable slippers. The hotel does not provide breakfast and there is no pick-up station service, but you can help call a car when you leave. If you can add more pick-up stations The service is even better. Phoenix Taxi is a shared taxi. I didn’t dare to take it at first. After confirming with the boss lady, we shared the taxi to Fengqiao. All in all, I recommend her and I'm very satisfied.

The lady at the B&B was very welcoming. She took the initiative to contact us and asked what time we would arrive. She picked us up at Fengqiao in person. We booked a room with a scenic terrace, from which we could see the night view and hear the singing from the bar opposite. It was great. It rained in the middle of the night and I could hear the sound of raindrops. It felt like the feel of my hometown in the countryside.

The location of the B&B is very good. It's right by the Tuojiang River. It's easy to find. It only takes 20 minutes by taxi from the high-speed rail station. The room is very new, the facilities are great, and the toiletries are complete. I recommend everyone to stay at Mobai B&B.
