This is a 3-star hotel and it shows. As its name indicates, the rooms are suites and come with a small kitchenette, which includes a small sink, refrigerator, coffee maker, and a small microwave. Our room also had a small living room with a couch. The TV in our room was set at an awkward position, opposite the wall that separates the living room and the bed. This was probably an attempt to be visible from both, but made it difficult to watch from either space. The room did not have a safe and there was only one drawer to store things. The cupboard was good size and came with an ironing board. The AC was quite loud and we were staying on one of the lower floors so the general noise level in the room was quite higher than in other hotels we stayed. Nearby (0.2 miles) there is a small mall with a choice of restaurants and a grocery store. This hotel is near the George Mason University and is one of the university's preferred hotels. So many families stay here when they visit the university. However there is no hotel shuttle to take you there. So, you either need to have a car or to pay taxi back and forth. The breakfast can be improved. We didn't expect it to be a full continental breakfast, but it seemed minimal. There were no bagels, English muffins, waffles or similar. On the other hand there were pre-packaged cereal and milk, pre-packages hot sandwiches, boiled eggs and some fruit. This could be due to COVID, but the look of these things did not inspire confidence for their quality. Again this is a 3-star inexpensive hotel, so one cannot complain that much.

I stayed here for three nights while attending training. Hotel room was quiet and clean. Water was nice and hot if needed. Bed was very comfortable. Staff was very friendly, professional, and nice. The hotel is right next to the interstate but was fairly quiet on the inside. Could hear a little car traffic and air traffic noise but was nothing loud enough to bother me. One thing the hotel did not have that I wish it did was a pool and hot tub. Other than that it was a pleasant stay.

My family and I stayed in this hotel on New Year’s Eve and while the hotel itself was okay, I have a lot of issues. 1) The biggest issue was that I got a screw in my tire from the parking lot. They are doing construction at the hotel and obviously do not clean up their mess. After checking in and finally finding a place to eat, which is limited in the area, we came out to find a flat tire. I went to complain to the front desk and was told,”Oh, sorry. I’ll make a note of that”. I had to call AAA and wait for them to come. Meanwhile, the restaurant closed (as did most others). I would have expected the hotel to offer some kind of compensation for the damage, the inconvenience and the frustration, but nothing. 2) Also, I called the day before to see how far it was off of route 95 since I am unfamiliar with the area and the man at the front desk said they were just off the highway. That was NOT true. They ended up being almost 8 miles off of 95!!! So after driving for over 6 hours and just looking for a place to eat and sleep, we had to drive another 15 minutes out of our way to get to this hotel.

I can’t say enough about this hotel. I travel close to 300 nights a year and this was by far the best hotel I’ve been too. From the staff, housekeeping, hotel amenities and breakfast it was truly fantastic. I stayed at this hotel from January 31- April 22 and will only stay there if I need to go back to the DC metro area. It is very close to the metro going into the city. There is always Lyfts and Ubers around. Loads of restaurants just down the road. The billing was flawless, I never once had a issue. Every time I had a issue it was quickly resolved. I would give this hotel 10 stars if I could.

Airport shuttle (from airport to hotel) : minimum service, do not expect anything more... Lousy check-in... Unfriendly and unhelpful staff... Average room quality / property... In addition, it is impossible to change the temperature of the room Breakfast terrible... Market : limited choice and very very expensive... must be avoided... Airport shuttle (from hotel to airport) : paid but not used (too slow...)

Hotel service is good, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Really good, much better than the Hilton hotel I checked in the day before.

Such a nice hotel! The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delicious. I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport.

Beautiful and very comfortable and clean. I stayed 5 nights and would have liked my room to been cleaned at the half way point to get a refresh on coffees and clean sheets but was still very nice. A spa would be a awesome addition to your hotel. Continetal breakfast was simple and all that you need egg muffins were out one day so all there was was the cold stuff or bagels and toast. But all in all very lovely hotel.
