Great Hotel, just a bit away from the daily routine trips we made, specially that it is in a crowded location. Staff were great, the room was great and very helpful staff. My only point that I can make as a negative was the spa, which was not a spa, it only had an indoor swimming pool and Sauna. But, with no real spa and massage!

It is a very good hotel in Erbil. The security is exaggerated. There are guards with AK47 guns, police dogs and roadblocks at the door. The breakfast is also very rich. There is a swimming pool and gym in the basement.

Very comfortable and safe hotel. The room is spacious and the location is great. The service is great, everyone is very helpful. The hotel's security is very strong. It is suitable for business travel. Make people feel comfortable. Recommended recommended.
