Smart and efficient service. Lovely breakfast. Usual utility problems for Uganda, i.e., elevator broken down, room key didn't work and unreliable internet. Maybe the manager should invest in a country where these problems don't impact businesses.

Pros: - Service and friendly staff - Comfortable room - Great massage at the salon Cons: - Thin windows so was kept awake by a local party until 6am - Not a good breakfast, hot food was cold
