Seems to be a family-run boutique hotel, may not be top notch in terms of professionalism, but still offers great hospitality to the guests. Great location at Lei Dong Ping. The staffs also offer morning calls for guests who would like to watch sunrise at Emei Shan. Overall great stay.

it was a pleasant surprise to realise upon reaching the hotel that I had stayed here 18 years ago. The service was great. One of the staff led usto out room in another block and showed us where the hotspring and breakfast areas were. He also helped us with info about Emeishan weather.

The hotel is newly opened this year. The hotel environment is good and the facilities are very new. There is free parking in the hotel and you can play mahjong for free. The young lady and elder sister at the front desk provided very good service. They gave us a welcome fruit and enthusiastically explained to us the travel guide to Mount Emei and the specialties of Emei. The hotel is very close to the visitor center, next to Baoguo Temple and the museum, and it is very quiet here. I am very satisfied with my stay and will come again next time.

Advantages: 1. Good location, close to the passenger transport center, five minutes walk, outside is a snack street, very convenient for eating and shopping, the shoe covers bought from the nearby store are 15 yuan a pair, very practical. 2. The breakfast was also very rich, and it was considerate to consider that everyone could sleep in after climbing the mountain and soaking in the hot spring until 10 o'clock. There is winter health tea in the lobby, and the waiter also sent milk in the evening. It happened that my family was uncomfortable climbing and didn't want to eat. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the Baoguo Temple Visitor Center to the famous hotel one way. There is a small supermarket at the gate and there is basically no food around the hotel. When we checked in to the superior single bedroom we purchased, the customer service lady was very polite and checked us in on the first floor. When we arrived at the accommodation at around 2pm, we opened the door and went in. There was a strong damp smell and it was very stuffy. I opened the window to let the air out and it was still there until I went back at night. There is a damp smell. The quilt on the bed is also moist. I personally feel that the hair dryer is not very easy to use for a long time and does not dry well. It will be noisy outside on the first floor. When you open the balcony glass door, there is no guardrail to climb in from the outside. There are many bugs on the balcony. The decoration of the room looks very good, the disposable supplies are complete and all have separate plastic bags.

I chose this hotel because it is close to the entrance of Emeishan and it was definitely the right decision! It is within a 10 minute walk and also highly accessible by car/bus (5 minute car ride from the high speed railway station). The hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful, giving me lots of food recommendations and also taking extra care in making sure I am safe and know how to get around (given that I am a young female solo traveller). The room was incredibly spacious and well lit. The breakfast options were also very extensive. Definitely worth the value for money and encourage everyone to stay here!

First: I always stayed in Building 1 every time I came here before. This time I booked a so-called lucky bag room in Building 2, with a choice of hot spring breakfast and 2 choices. This lucky bag room cannot be refunded directly, which is really embarrassing. Second: No wonder Building 2 is cheaper than Building 1. You have to walk through a long corridor to take a hot spring bath. The weather is indeed a bit cool. Secondly, the air conditioner in the room was turned on for a long time and the temperature was adjusted to 30℃, but it was still chilly. It didn't work. I contacted the housekeeper and asked the elder sister to come and see that we operated it correctly. It was the only way. It was not until we checked out that it was slightly better. Third: I wanted to boil some water to drink as soon as I checked in. I picked up the water cup and saw that it was probably because I didn't pay attention when I washed it. There were stains. After contacting the housekeeper, the elder sister came to replace it quickly. To sum up my experience of staying here, the service is excellent. The attitudes of the front desk, the cleaning ladies on the floors, and the doorman are all very good. However, the hardware is a bit lame. For example, the chaise longue in the room is pilling. The management should pay attention to some details.

Lovely hotel. Particularly liked their family room which is perfect for a couple with a young child. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Good breakfast too. Staff were helpful. Located close to Baoguo bus station where you can get the sightseeing bus up to the golden summit.
