Service: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.

While on a business trip in Chengdu, I made a spontaneous decision to explore Mount Emei on my own. I specifically chose the Mountaineer Hotel, and despite my very late arrival, the front desk staff patiently waited for me to check in. The service was exceptional, and they even upgraded my room for free! The room itself was absolutely fantastic and incredibly cozy. What's particularly noteworthy is the hotel's location – it's only about 200 meters from the Baoguo Temple bus station, just a 3-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Moreover, the hotel lobby even stocks hiking gear! Since I hadn't prepared, I bought a hiking pole on the spot for only 28 [CNY]. That was such a steal, and it worked wonderfully! All in all, I was extremely satisfied and would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

The room was great! The bay window even had a super comfortable cushion that became a perfect play area for our two kids. They loved it so much that they actually chose to sleep on it instead of the bed! Inside the lobby, there are long sofas for guests to relax on, and they even provide games like Gobang, Chinese chess, and LEGO blocks. It's truly ideal for families traveling with children. The indoor heated swimming pool is 1.2 meters deep, making it perfect for kids. The outdoor hot springs are nestled within a tranquil bamboo forest. The serene setting, with wisps of steam rising, creates a truly Zen-like atmosphere, making you feel as if you've discovered a secluded paradise. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes. For lunch and dinner, guests can also order from the hotel restaurant, which offers reasonable prices and guaranteed hygiene. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Mount Emei.

The room was well-equipped, and the bath towels were specially sterilized and individually sealed, ensuring impeccable hygiene. The latex pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable! Despite our late arrival at 10:30 PM, the staff still greeted us warmly. Upon learning that our child enjoys yogurt, they thoughtfully prepared yogurt, fresh welcome fruits, and snacks for us. The breakfast was also quite good, featuring freshly cooked bacon. The beef and pork rib noodles were delicious, and the complimentary fruit tea was very tasty. My only minor suggestion would be if they could offer freshly ground coffee!

Very satisfied! I regretted booking only one night! I must stay a few more nights next time! After arriving, because the room I originally booked had not been cleaned yet, the front desk directly upgraded the room type. Although it was on the first floor, the light would definitely be darker than on the second floor, but I think it was okay, not as annoying as others said. The housekeeper added WeChat in advance, and told the housekeeper directly if there was any need. The response was very fast, more timely than calling! On the morning of check-out, the housekeeper sent a message saying that the delayed check-out had been arranged, which was so thoughtful! Although we did not delay, I still thank Xiao Ding housekeeper for being so thoughtful and thoughtful! There were many activities during the May Day holiday, and the children were simply having fun. I will come to check in for other activities next time! Many hotel takeouts are not delivered to the room, but here they can be delivered directly to the room! How important it is for people who don’t want to go out! ! Breakfast is also until 11 o'clock, which is completely the rhythm of vacation~ My husband said that except for the lack of sea, it feels like a hotel in Sanya, full of vacation feeling~ Looking forward to coming again next time!

The hotel room is clean and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The smart furniture is very practical, and the curtains and TV can be voice controlled. The room rate includes hot springs and buffet breakfast, and the freshly cooked noodles stall is especially recommended. The location of the hotel is also OK, it only takes 8 minutes to walk to the place where the tourist bus is. After playing, soak in the hot spring to relieve fatigue. The overall experience exceeded expectations!
