Hotels in Baoguo Temple/Emeishan Railway Station, Emeishan

the stay was so so good! firstly, before our arrival date, the hotel contacted us on both trip.com & wechat, so our transport to the hotel from emeishan station was smooth. check-in was fuss free as well, and the front office lady xiaoshi was kind, warm, and gave us tips for our trip up emei. we could borrow the hanfu and took pictures in the yard and around the hotel. the facilities were clean, nice, and overall really cosy. breakfast was really good too. and if you prefer to go up the mountain earlier, the hotel will also prepare some light takeaways for you, and thats super thoughtful i’ve read reviews that the location was not as good as those around baoguo; but since we were travelling as a family, this place was peaceful, slightly quieter and very near huangwan visitor centre! To me this was equally as good as hotels that are around baoguo. the trip up emei mountain was quick and fuss free as well, since I got the tickets and boarded the bus from huangwan (about a 5-7 mins walk away from the hotel) which is not much different from baoguo. will definitely stay here again if im visiting this area :))

The hotel is conveniently located very close to Mount Emei Scenic Area, making it easy for sightseeing and dining. The air conditioning deserves a special mention; it's rare to find one where all the buttons are clearly labeled with their functions, which was a pleasant surprise. However, perhaps because the hotel shares its developer with the surrounding residential complex, its main entrance is almost indistinguishable from the residential gates. This, combined with a lack of prominent signage, makes it very easy for drivers to miss. I hope they can improve this. On another note, the hotel breakfast was quite good, though the watermelon didn't seem very fresh and the texture wasn't great.

Service: First of all, we arrived at Emeishan Station at 9 a.m. and had booked the pick-up service in advance. The hotel butler came to pick us up in a business vehicle. Although the hotel is just a few minutes’ drive away, this thoughtful service greatly enhanced the overall experience. Le Méridien Emeishan is positioned as a resort hotel with over 300 rooms. Since we arrived quite early, we initially thought we’d have to wait until the afternoon to check in. However, the hotel had available rooms and kindly allowed us to check in right away. The butler even gave us two cups of coffee and drove us around in a sightseeing cart to show us different room types. Although we had only booked a standard room, they upgraded us to a lake-view room with beautiful scenery. We really appreciate the hotel’s excellent service! Additionally, the butler gave us 10 bottles of water upon check-in, which was more than enough—no need to call for more during our stay. Facilities: The hotel grounds are quite large, and the buildings are low-rise. Guests staying in Building 2 may need to walk about six to seven minutes to their rooms. The hotel offers a lobby bar, reading lounge, gym, hot spring pool, swimming pool, and kids’ play area. The facilities are generally comprehensive, though the entertainment options may feel a bit limited for a resort hotel. The children’s play area includes simple slides, swings, and a small ball pit—fairly modest in scale. Location: About 2 km from Baoguo Temple and close to the shuttle bus station for Emei Mountain. Very convenient. Breakfast: Abundant and delicious, with the option to dine outdoors in a beautiful setting. Environment: The hotel is located next to Exiu Lake, surrounded by a scenic park with views of the Golden Summit (Jinding). The environment inside the hotel is also pleasant—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Overall: The highlight of this hotel is its outstanding service, which is undoubtedly the most important aspect for a resort. It would be even better if the facilities were more varied.

The room was well-equipped, and the bath towels were specially sterilized and individually sealed, ensuring impeccable hygiene. The latex pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable! Despite our late arrival at 10:30 PM, the staff still greeted us warmly. Upon learning that our child enjoys yogurt, they thoughtfully prepared yogurt, fresh welcome fruits, and snacks for us. The breakfast was also quite good, featuring freshly cooked bacon. The beef and pork rib noodles were delicious, and the complimentary fruit tea was very tasty. My only minor suggestion would be if they could offer freshly ground coffee!

The best hotel at the foot of Mount Emei, live directly in nature! The housekeeper Xiaoyu took the initiative to add WeChat on the first day of our stay, and told us about the hotel's parent-child activities. He also upgraded the Sima House for us, which made us feel like we were on vacation! Sitting in the pavilion outside the cabin in the morning to enjoy the green grass and swans in the lake; listening to the sweet chirping of birds; feeling the gentle breeze is so comfortable 🍃 After a hearty breakfast, take the baby to participate in parent-child activities: archery, rock climbing, tie-dyeing, playing in the water... The hotel staff is enthusiastic and patient with the children, and they are quite professional! In order to let the tired baby have a good rest, they also took the initiative to handle the late check-out for us. The baby kept shouting that he didn't want to leave, and even we adults didn't want to leave! Great environment and service, I will definitely come often in the future!

The Climber Theme Hotel offers truly exceptional service. I, an elderly guest, made a mistake and booked the wrong dates. The hotel contacted us in the evening, and that's when I realized my error. Without any hesitation, they processed a full refund immediately, no questions asked. This allowed us to make a new booking. Thank you! The hotel itself is spotless, and there are plenty of convenient dining options nearby. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here; you can book with complete confidence.

I was quite pleased with the room, and the service was excellent. Perhaps due to the mountainous surroundings, my child was bitten by an insect when entering the elevator. The staff acted very responsibly by quickly taking them to the hospital for medication. A little more attention to cleanliness details would make the hotel perfect. They also provided a ride to the high-speed rail station, and the driver was incredibly friendly and attentive, even helping with our luggage. While no place is absolutely perfect, their attitude towards resolving issues is what truly matters. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel we stayed in really made me feel good! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff greeted me warmly, the check-in speed was super fast, and I carefully recommended fun places and delicious restaurants around me, which made people relax at once. The room was clean and tidy, there was no smell, the bedding was soft, and it was like being wrapped in clouds and sleeping well. The facilities in the house are also very complete, TV, air conditioning, hot water bottles, etc., are very easy to use, the design of the wet and dry separation of the bathroom is also very intimate, there will be no wet trouble at all. The location of the hotel is superb and there are various foods around, and the taste is so far that I can't forget it. The price/performance ratio has nothing to say, the service and environment of this hotel are definitely among the best in the same price. If I go to Mount Emei next time, this hotel must be my first choice!

The hotel room is clean and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The smart furniture is very practical, and the curtains and TV can be voice controlled. The room rate includes hot springs and buffet breakfast, and the freshly cooked noodles stall is especially recommended. The location of the hotel is also OK, it only takes 8 minutes to walk to the place where the tourist bus is. After playing, soak in the hot spring to relieve fatigue. The overall experience exceeded expectations!

If you are looking for an escape from the overwhelming cities (too much traffic, neon lights, noises, pollution…) you will find here a corner of paradise. The cozy atmosphere will make you breathe out all the stress immediately. The main presence of natural elements for the interior and exterior design, such as wooden and rocks, let this place integrate very well in the surroundings. Nature is the main presence here: you are surrounded by the woods, waking up only listening to birds singing. If you decide to walk the emei mountain and have sore muscles, you can enjoy the hot spring bath directly in your room. Your muscles will thank you the day after. The breakfast is done in a room where there is a huge long table, you might share it with others. This makes the atmosphere very familiar and friendly. Despite not speaking Chinese, we were welcome and felt home. I would definitely come back here if I am in the area.
