Super nice staff! They are super friendly and the room is really nice. The air conditioning is a bit strong and the room is naturally stuffy, so I would just open the window if you have any issues. They also gave me two panda-themed luggage tags as a gift upon departure! The lady who drove me to the train station (free train station pick-up/drop-off at Emeishan and Emei) was so sweet and nice. She arrived on time, had a very clean car, and called me to confirm when she was coming and such after the front desk helped me make the receptionist. It's a free service and very appreciated!

The hotel is in a very good location for people looking for a good base to launch their hikes in the mountains. Andy was a very hospitable host, who gave us the maps and tips necessary for our hikes. He can help us in getting reservations done at the monastery as required. The room we stayed was spacious, clean and had the amenities mentioned in Trip.com. They also serve food downstairs and the food is good and not expensive.

I had an exceptional experience at Le Meridien Emei Mountain Resort, and a big part of that was thanks to Beka, who made both my check-in and check-out processes seamless and incredibly welcoming. From the moment I arrived, Beka greeted me with warmth and professionalism, ensuring that I felt right at home. The check-in was quick, efficient, and she took the time to explain all the amenities and services available, including local tips for visiting Mount Emei, which really set the tone for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with excellent facilities. Thank you Le Meridien Emei for making my visit so enjoyable, and I look forward to returning!

The hotel is in a good location, at the entrance of Mount Emei, with few commercial facilities around, about a 20-minute walk. The hotel covers a large area, an old state guesthouse, old room facilities, ok hygiene, friendly service staff, hot springs, but I personally feel that the sanitary facilities are relatively poor. The hotel's outdoor environment is great, the scenery is beautiful, and it is suitable for leisure and vacation.

Really nice place, within walking distance from the tourist bus terminal. The owner is very kind and let us leave our big suitcase at the hotel overnight while we climbed up Emei Mountain. The rooms are simple but clean and cozy. There is a washing machine available for use on the top floor which we really appreciated. The hotel also has walking sticks you can borrow when climbing up Emei mountain.

Emeishan Hongzhushan Hotel is located at the foot of Mount Emei, a world natural and cultural heritage, less than 200 meters away from the famous temple ”Baoguo Temple”. In Sichuan Province, it is the only two state guesthouses that are on par with Chengdu Jinniu Hotel. After the founding of New China, Hongzhushan Hotel is full of red genes and has repeatedly undertaken the reception and support tasks of party and state leaders. Building 3 is affectionately called the ”Marshal Building” and has successively received many founding marshals such as Zhu De, Peng Dehuai, and Chen Yi; and Building 2 ”Xiaoping Building” was stayed by Comrade Deng Xiaoping twice in 1965 and 1980. Building 1 provided life support services for Chairman Mao Zedong in 2010. The Zen Mountain Residence in Building 7 where we stayed fully embodies the ”people-oriented” service concept: the service staff are humble and polite. The men are handsome and the ladies are pretty. The guest rooms are spacious, elegant and comfortable. The whole room is fully lit, with floor-to-ceiling windows, separating wet and dry areas, and separating movement and stillness. The balcony goes deep into the forest, forming the ultimate of borrowing scenery into the room, the room is in the scenery, the scenery follows the people, and the people are in the painting. Mr. Jin Yong praised it as: every window is a landscape painting. The hot spring is brought into the room, so that every guest can enjoy the best ”radon” hot springs in Mount Emei without leaving the house. The breakfast dishes are rich, combining Chinese and Western styles, and are carefully made. There are also local snacks and intangible cultural heritage of Mount Emei, such as Kabing, tofu brain, Bobo chicken, tangerine peel beef, etc., which are enough to satisfy the appetite of every diner. In the morning and evening, you can see the lake and mountains when you walk in it. Birds and flowers are singing all the way, and the jungle is singing softly. Not what I expected. It's like a residential complex which has been turned into a hotel/resort. The room what very comfortable. Fancy toilet, nice shower, washing machine and a place to sit and read. I didn't get my mountain view, but even if I did the clouds obscured it. The staff on reception and front desk along with housekeeping were great and went out their way to help. However the restaurant staff were not very keen in helping due to the language barrier. They need to be told that speaking louder in Chinese won't make me understand any better. That aside I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

This time we stayed in a parent-child room. The room was very clean, with a large bed and a small bed, which was just right for children to sleep in! The hotel breakfast was great, the Lingxiu hot springs were always good, there were many pools, and we also rented a kayak to play, which was very good!

I booked this resort because of the hot spring. December season was super cold and this hot spring was just nice to keep our body warm. The breakfast have a lot of variety. This resort is very near to the Emershan tourism centre about 10mins walk. Besides, a lot of restaurants along the road side. If you lazy to walk, you may grab into the resort just like us. The grab will deliver the food into your door step. Overall, worth to stay

I booked a budget room and had a good stay. Hot water had strong pressure and the bed was comfortable. An older building so there is a bit of an echo in the hallway. Buffet breakfast had many many options. Customer service from Miss Xu (徐艳鹏) was excellent. I only speak a little bit of Chinese so communicating with her in English made my stay hassle free, as I got picked up from the railway station and received a few texts throughout to check if I needed anything.
