Hampton by Hilton Hotels in Emeishan

The room was great! The bay window even had a super comfortable cushion that became a perfect play area for our two kids. They loved it so much that they actually chose to sleep on it instead of the bed! Inside the lobby, there are long sofas for guests to relax on, and they even provide games like Gobang, Chinese chess, and LEGO blocks. It's truly ideal for families traveling with children. The indoor heated swimming pool is 1.2 meters deep, making it perfect for kids. The outdoor hot springs are nestled within a tranquil bamboo forest. The serene setting, with wisps of steam rising, creates a truly Zen-like atmosphere, making you feel as if you've discovered a secluded paradise. Breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes. For lunch and dinner, guests can also order from the hotel restaurant, which offers reasonable prices and guaranteed hygiene. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Mount Emei.

The hotel is super close to the high-speed train station. It was a hot day, and the front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful – they even brought us water, gave us a free room upgrade, and had the A/C in the room turned on in advance! It made the whole experience so comfortable and welcoming, truly feeling like coming home. My phone ran out of battery, and there were portable chargers available right by the elevator, which was incredibly convenient and saved me from having to go up and down floors. The room also had a great view. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I highly recommend it!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, directly across from Wanda Plaza, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. There are also plenty of great local eateries right next door, like Yingzi's Fried Skewers and Grandma Ju's Shaved Ice, which were both exceptionally delicious. We received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in, which was a thoughtful and warm touch. The rooms are relatively new, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and our whole family slept soundly during our two-night stay. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They even kindly offered our family of three a complimentary breakfast, which was quite good. Although the hotel's parking lot was full when we arrived, and we had to park at Wanda Plaza, the hotel graciously reimbursed us for the parking fee. This gesture was truly impressive and much appreciated. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with this hotel!
