This was a wonderful place for my dear wife Ping and I to stay at during our visit to Edinburgh! The apartment was very spacious, clean, comfortable, and quiet. Our host provided clear instructions making it easy to get in the apartment. We found it a relaxing retreat after touring Edinburgh for the day. There is a bus stop a short walking distance from the apartment providing easy transportation to the city center with its many attractions. There is also a large supermarket about a 15-minute walk where we were able to purchase groceries and other items. I highly recommend staying here and would certainly choose it again if and when we return to Edinburgh.

The Apartment is half an hour's drive from the city center, but there is a bus going directly to the city center downstairs, which is quite convenient.
The apartment is fully equipped with cooking utensils and the room is large. However, the toilet in the high-rise unit (5th floor) has insufficient water pressure, and the unit is relatively old and uses a storage water heater. If multiple people take a shower, they will have to wait for a while.
Self-service check in and check out. After paying all the information and a deposit of £100, you will be provided with a mailbox password and key. If you pay the deposit with a credit card, the money will be refunded 5 to 10 days after check-out. However, if you don’t use a British bank account, I don’t know if the bank will charge a handling fee.

Very nice place to stay. It was clean and very quiet. The number 11 Bus will take you in to town just outside of the apartment building. I would stay here again when visiting Edinburgh.

First time using Ocean Serviced Apartments, and thankfully the lock box for getting keys etc, worked fine. Communication via email was good and any queries prior to visiting were dealt with promptly. Car park underneath was spacious and secure. Four of us were in the penthouse apartment which was huge! Very clean and comfortable, extremely well equipped and had stunning harbour views. It was great to just leave the car and use the bus into Edinburgh, which runs every 12 mins and is just across the road. Only one gripe, and that was the shower in the double bedroom - shower head wasn’t fixed on so we used the one in the other bedroom. Double bed was very comfortable. Welcome goodies were a lovely touch! Would definitely stay again - just a shame check in is late (4pm) and check out is early (10am). I understand why these times are set, but it does make for an expensive stay if it’s just for one night.
