Overall a great hotel in an amazing location. The staff were friendly and the room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I wanted.
The shower knob was a bit confusing, but once I figure that out I had plenty of hot water.

Frazier suites is a beautiful building with extremely friendly employees. All of the employees were very helpful and worked hard to make our stay the best one possible. The location is unbeatable! It is right off the Royal Mile and near multiple tourist sites and restaurants. My biggest complaint with Frazier suites was with the booking. When we tried to book, we ended up routed through a third-party website that unbeknownst to us charged us an extra $1200. When we tried to cancel with the third-party provider, I was told only a manager at Frazier suites could cancel the booking and send an email to the third-party website to confirm the cancellation. I made multiple phone calls and emails, but was never able to truly speak with a manager. We fully intended to cancel with a third-party website and rebook directly with Frazier suites by calling them. Unfortunately, that was never able to happen. If we tried to cancel the booking ourselves, we would not get any refund through that third party website. Frazier suites also offers free laundry services. It is self service and there are three washers and three dryers for the hotel. Well, it was wonderful to have that option, the dryers took multiple long cycles in order to dry the clothes, even if it was a very small load. The washing machines also took a lot of time to wash the clothes. All that being said, the building is beautiful, and the location is great.
