Comfortable beds, friendly staff, free luggage storage. Ventilation of rooms not great and shower water pressure weak at times.

Prior to arrival, I contacted the hotel via email regarding my elderly parent and they responded promptly in a friendly manner. By reading the reviews, we were not sure if this was going to be a good place. BUT, to our pleasant surprise, the hotel was amazing. It is conveniently located. Access to the city center is one quick ride by a bus, tram or train from Haymarket. The room was clean and spacious. The bedding was nice and warm. The bathroom was big and clean. The staff members were very friendly. Multiple restaurants nearby for dinner and breakfast as well. I will definitely return to this hotel when I visit Edinburgh next time.

Han sido muy amables. Nos han puesto en el la planta baja para que mi madre no tuviera que subir escaleras. Además, todos los dias café y dulces de cortesía que es un super detalle de agradecer. Nos hacían la cama cada día y la habitación muy bonita.

Good location. Comfortable bed and pillows. Quiet rooms. Had some free pastries and hot drinks by the reception. Downside is the weak flushing of the toilet and water can get too hot in the tap and the hot and cold faucet are separate so you cannot mixed them to control the temperature.
