Very friendly staff. Location is pretty central and near to main attractions and food places. Facilities are new and clean. Good spread of breakfast buffet. Very comfortable stay.

The front desk clerk had a heavy accent and it was difficult to understand, which resulted in the other party being impatient and having a so-so attitude.
The sink drain in the room was broken and the water wouldn't drain. I contacted the front desk to fix it, which was timely.
The air conditioner didn't blow air, and it was very cold at night in February.

The service was great and the security is good as you need to scan the card to access the hotel entrance and elevator. The room was great (big and clean). The location is suitable for travelers who need to use train just 5-7 minutes walk from waverley.
