The area was lovely and a nice walk uphill towards Edinburgh centre. The room was incredibly clean, brew facilities in room available, working heater and tv, comfy bed. The owner was very warm and welcoming, breakfast is available also which is a pro for some. Only cons: bad shower pressure, jammy door lock, and jammy window

Not sure if this has been recently taken over or not but the previous years reviews don’t really match our experience. The room suited our needs fantastically, 1 double bed and 2 singles (keeps the teenage daughters from arguing) and en-suite. The room was spacious and very clean. Had a tv which I could sign in to my Netflix account. Tea and coffee facility’s. Plenty of clean towels. The location was ok, about 1 mile from main centre and up and down a hill so if walking around need to be semi fit. There’s a Tesco express 4 mins walk up The street which we used a couple of times. Overall we were very happy with our stay

Lovely peaceful place in New Town
The place is in a great location, in the interesting, charming and less touristy New Town area. It was an easy walk to Princes St and the station. There are some lovely neighbourhood bars, shops and restaurants very nearby. The place is a homely, characterful old town house. A very large bedroom and small bathroom. The room was very comfortable and well equipped with everything you’d need and more. It was a self check in but still had a very personal feel as Keiko was very communicative by message and it was lovely to meet her in person too. She is an extremely attentive and welcoming host. The price of the place seemed high, and didn’t include breakfast, but I appreciate that all prices are high in the area. I had a very comfortable and extremely peaceful stay. Thank you!

A 20 minuti dallo Scott Monument, struttura molto carina per quanto vintage. Keiko strepitosa e superdisponibile, ci ha subito fornito gli adattatori per i nostri caricatori. Camere spaziose e confortevoli in un’ambiente molto accogliente e familiare.
