I think this is one of my favorite hotel during the the trip. The room design and deco is great. I love the photography works displayed.
The equipments provided in the kitchen are very complete too, making cooking fun.
The venue is good too, only a short distance from the train station.
And a lot of good food near by.

This flat is in the middle of the Royal Mile. The kitchen was well equipped including two French Press Coffee Makers. Our Uber had easy access when dropping us off on arrival and picking us up for the short ride to Waverly Station. It is over the top of a local Pub which had a live band on Sunday night, but fortunately, they shut down at 12:30. Ages in our party ranged from 5 to 64, so we were a little more attuned to the impacts of late night reverie. If you have a young family, you might want to consider their sensitivity to music volumes. Especially in August. Overall it was a great experience.

Location is 100% worth it! Amazing stay.
This was honestly one of the best bookings we have made on our trip. Location was excellent and lots of room inside. Kitchen was large and an elevator helped with all of our luggage we had to carry. Would 100% recommend you book if you are going to hit up all the sites in Edinburgh and want to have lots of pubs and restaurants close by.
