完全沒有服務。走進來沒有工作人員，叫了好久才來。不搞衞生。晚上想要個被子，沒人。
旁邊其實有很多不錯的酒店，到旁邊的很漂亮的酒店打聽了價格，比這家便宜很多。無奈攜程衹合作了這一家這個價位的，被我選了。
哦對了，現在酒店在裝修，搭了腳手架。很老很老的房子，樓板嗝嗝響。到處都有防火標識，滅火器。老房子容易着火也是個問題。

Hotel stay was fine. A couple of minor issues. Could hear the people in the room next door until quite late. There was brown liquid statin on the wall which could have been wiped off with a little elbow grease. I was expecting a desk in the room so I could do some work but the room was too small to fit one. The room was fine overall and was generally quiet as it was away from the main road. The decor and layout is a bit quirky, the bed was surprisingly comfortable. I wouldn't stay here for leisure, but for business, it was just about good enough. Really should find a way to put a desk in the room, or mention that there isn't one in the room.

The location is good. You can walk to different towns on both sides. It is very convenient and has both Chinese and Western food. Good experience, and the breakfast is very rich.

As they mentioned as policy I can cancel my booking prior date which is mentioned on website but how el denied to refund money back. That is worst experience I have experienced they simply denied to refund money back .i loosed my 83 pounds without staying at hotel.
Heating room facilities not working at all and they are not providing complimentary water bottles.
