The air conditioner was broken.
It just made a loud noise and stopped immediately.
I complained to the front desk and they changed me to a different room, but the symptoms were the same and it didn't get any warmer so I gave up.
It was a pretty old air conditioner so it would be a good idea to replace it.
On top of that, the elevator in the building seemed to be on the verge of breaking down, and for some reason I was assigned a room next to the elevator machine room.
The vibration noise of the elevator machine was rumbling all day long, so I couldn't get any rest at all.
This place is far from the city center, which is inconvenient, and the nearby shopping mall is in ruins.

Room is spotless and Hotel in good location. Tram and bus station all are near. It's a 3 star hotel and value for money.
Only draw back is the breakfast . It's not up to the level. Hot buffet but dishes are cold 🤣.
Expect that all are great. Especially reception staff.
