You have to make your own bed, and all the amenities are shaky. I booked a twin room, and the photos show two beds next to each other, but I was actually given bunk beds. I asked the front desk if there was a mistake, and they gave me a business card to call and complain if I had any issues. I was really impressed. There was no air conditioning, but there was a fan. The room was very stuffy, but thankfully there are no mosquitoes in the UK, so the temperature wasn't too high. I also felt itchy afterwards, and I suspect there were bugs. At 1,000 yuan a night, it's not cheap.

A very horrible check-in experience. I barely slept the entire night. I don't know if I was bitten by mosquitoes or bedbugs. It was on the fifth floor and it was very noisy outside the window.

The hotel is clearly understaffed. A deposit is required to borrow a hairdryer, and luggage needs to be stored in the basement. There is not enough space in the room, and there is only one horn fan, which is very noisy.
