This hotel is in the perfect location to explore the old town. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was quite good as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Edinburgh!

Great location in the heart of the city, easy access to key attractions, literally 3 minutes from the Royal Mile and 15 minutes from Edinburgh Castle. There is a grocery store next door. The room is spacious, located on a high floor, bright. The furniture is a little tired, which makes the price seem high, but I think this applies to all hotels in Edinburgh.

As expected in Edinburgh, this hotel is a bit magical. The lobby is on the 4th floor. You first take the elevator down one floor, walk through a long corridor and restaurant and bar, arrive at another place, and then take the elevator to your floor. It's mind-boggling! But the location is excellent, you can walk to the Royal Mile and Princes Street, and there are restaurants and supermarkets, which is extremely convenient.
