The room was spacious and comfortable and the breakfast buffet was quite extensive. Had a comfortable sleep in a large room with big windows. Wouold recommend.

The hotel itself is great, rooms are comfy, staff are nice. But the location is a bit far from the train station by feet, including ups and downs the hills.

The hotel went above and beyond to take care of us. I was very impressed with the service. I loved the location. It was close enough to everything without being in the thick of it. I would definitely stay again. Thank you for making my stay so comfortable.

Nice location not far from everything, just a bit tired when arrived at the hotel, It’s clean,nice workers, comfy beds. Definitely, will try again next time

Good location but need to walk up a hill to get to the hotel. Give a room with garden view. Felt cheated as there is no view. Pay high price but get lousy view. Others are alright.

The only problem is the location, no bus stations nearby, you should walk to the main road. In General, the service and facilities are perfect.

Our room during check in was not cleaned up properly and missing quite a number of items. The phone was also not working and had to go up to reception each time we needed something.

Due to various arrangement issues, we were changed to a basement room. The attitude of the hotel front desk was also quite average. I don’t know if it was because we were not locals.
