Excellent location, excellent service.
Initially, my room was located behind construction area but the staffs are nice enough to change it for me. With its location just behind the royal mile, you can visit the tourism sites within walking distance. Art festival is ongoing now, super crowded with amazing views and people. Breakfast was amazing, bed and pillows were comfy, hygienic as well. I would definitely stay here again!

The worst hotel in the entire UK trip, bar none. The hotel is on the roadside, with very poor sound insulation. You can clearly hear the cars passing by. In addition, there was construction on the roadside all night without any notice before booking the hotel. Yes, it was construction all night, and I couldn't sleep at all. I stayed for three consecutive nights, but what was even more outrageous was the price of 3,800 per night. On the day of check-in, hot water did not come until 10:30 pm local time. The whole family waited for hot water to take a shower and sleep to wash away the fatigue of a day's journey, but we waited for several hours until 10:30. During this period, no one took the initiative to ask the staff, and there was no notice. The room was very unhygienic and dusty everywhere. The only good review was given to the reception staff for breakfast.
