The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I basically asked questions and made requests through the chat on the app, but the responses were quick and I was grateful for the kind assistance I received.
In terms of facilities, there were a few minor inconveniences, such as a lack of trash cans, no shower curtains - just a small acrylic panel, and no slippers.
However, the location was excellent and the staff were friendly, so overall I was satisfied with my stay.

Two rooms, relatively large. Just on Princes Street, a few minutes walk from the train station, very convenient. The room we stayed in had to take two elevators to reach it, so it was difficult to find.

The room is very big, just 300 meters opposite the train station, and very close to Calton Hill, Victoria Street, and Princes Street. The hotel was renovated from an old house and the facilities are older.
