Traveled with my wife and our 10-year-old kid. The location was superb, right in the heart of town—near Scott Monument and directly in front of Victoria Garden.
The hospitality was top-notch, especially in the F&B department. A waitress from Asia (likely Nepal) was exceptionally professional and friendly.
An amazing place to stay with family & friends—highly recommended!

It is an older room type with average facilities. The pictures and the actual room are different. It is said to be a one-bedroom room with an alcove bed, but the hotel gave us an open-plan room. The two beds and the living room do not have independent space and doors. Three people staying here will be completely disturbed. If you want the room type in the pictures, you have to pay extra. Fortunately, Ctrip coordinated and helped to solve the problem. I am lucky to have booked the room through Ctrip. I sigh again at Ctrip's sincerity in solving the problem.
