Too bad, 2800 for two nights, which is neither expensive nor cheap in the UK. The room is very small, and the double bed rooms are basically on the first floor. There is no signal in the room at all, and the windows basically cannot be opened. If you must ask for ventilation, You can open a crack, but it is not safe to open a window on the first floor. There are no toiletries or slippers. The sheets and quilt covers are a little dirty and the hot water is very small. Moreover, there is no waiter to check in after 11:30 pm, and you must check out at 11 noon. The service attitude is okay. However, the room is really not good. It's not very close to Princes Street, only 3 kilometers. The bus can go to the door. It is recommended that you stay at the Hilton. The price is only about 1,000 if it is not a holiday. It is relatively new.

very nice location and service but the room was too cold, maybe it is because the type of heater and the windows are old so wind can come in the room but generally, quite nice place in Edinburgh
