beautiful resort with good ambience, cleanliness, hospitality and service. activity center was good too. beds were very comfortable and bathrooms very clean.only the drawback, is the approach road.. very bad and uneven. over all good stay we had👍👍

I visit Terrace Pride Valley Very for business travel. Mr. Ajay Chettri , Front Desk Manager is very helpful. Food and Cleaniness is also very good. ATM is walking distance Car Taxi Stand is around 500 M only. A very nice bakery just outside the Hotel.

It was an ok experience. The hotel is a little run down in parts. Service at the dinner rooms were not always the best. The staff are not really bothered and would not give the menu quickly for instance. The room was nice but again it was not in the main block.. there was something missing in the hotels experience. The free evening tea and snack was awful. Yea was made terribly and the snack was tasteless. There are better evening tea service in places with yum snacks. This was plain simple boring and stingy at giving good food. Personally I would not stay here again.
