Hands down one of the best Marriotts we have ever stayed in. Beautiful new hotels with a quaint rustic lobby, lots of fire pits and the most delicious free breakfast. The food was very high end for a continental breakfast. The hotel was extremely clean. The bedsheets were so soft and the towels were large and soft. All the views were gorgeous. The hot tub area had a fire pit as well on the fourth floor was an outdoor area with another fire pit and a TV and tables and chairs for socializing Again all with views of the mountains. Absolutely will visit here again. Parking was super easy, with plenty of spaces in the off-season. Not sure about winter time. Rooms were huge and tons of room to store your skis or hiking gear. I would give this hotel a five star if it weren’t for the loud trucker noise coming from Route 70. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Going to Weir to see the snow, chose this relatively cost-effective hotel, we chose a loft room, upstairs bedroom bathroom, the living room on the first floor has a fireplace, eat hot pot, and watch the snow outside is very warm. This place belongs to Westwell, a short distance from the center of Weir. There are many people skiing in the snow season, there is a Chinese restaurant next to it, Taiwanese opened, and the proprietress is very enthusiastic.

SO... My purpose of being there was to be close to where I was having surgery (in Vail). I was so looking forward to being in a luxurious hotel where I could enjoy the views and have a nurturing place to return to post surgery to start healing and doing Physical therapy. I was told that it was ”15 minutes to Vail and my clinic” - which was not the most comfortable way to get there - in a shuttle bus with many steps and cramped seating. Our room (I travelled with one of my dearest lifelong friends who also was my caregiver) was nice enough -one bedroom suite. It had 1 bathroom we shared - again that was OK. However, the room was the furthest (distance wise) room from the front of the hotel ! There would have been no way that I could have walked post surgery the distance. Also while we were there the elevators were down and only 1 was working. Between the large dogs running around and mothers with double-wide strollers - there was absolute craziness ! My special diet was not handled properly - instead of a ”Cauliflower steak” they served me STEAK with cauliflower. I basically could not eat for 2 days - not good for pre surgery. (they had heads up too!). That was pretty much the last straw - sealed by getting slammed in the foot by an aggressive mom who said as she got into the elevator ” I am coming in no matter what - room or not!” At that point, I had to get another hotel and move to a much better match for the remainder of my trip. I could not take a chance of someone running into me post joint replacement !!! Seems to be the place to be with your large dogs and children - not for a calm environment. Anyway, that was my experience. Hope y'all have a better time!

Three words: Perspective. Context. Expectation. We are not who you’d usually expect to stay at a Ritz-Carlton. We’re a hard working middle class couple from rural Ohio. We saved up for a long time to finally have a honeymoon after 13 years of marriage. This was also our anniversary trip. Off season rates are the only way we could afford to stay at this gorgeous resort. We knew that the Ladies and Gentlemen of the Ritz-Carlton were renowned for their tremendous levels of service. What we did not expect was how warm, welcoming, and casual that personalized service would be. Unlike another luxury property we stayed at in Vail, the Ritz-Carlton Bachelor Gulch welcomed us with open arms with no judgments of our status. The staff genuinely seemed interested to get to know who we are and make sure we were truly happy. Simply, everything exceeded our wildest expectations. We actually wished we spent the whole week here rather than splitting it with the other property in Vail. There was absolutely no reason to leave the resort. Everything we needed or wanted was here. We received truly tremendous service from Johnny and Matias at Wyld. Win from the Great Room. Nolan from in room dining. Angel from housekeeping. Nik from valet. Cheyenne from Sakaba. You all made us feel like we were visiting family. You welcomed us into your home.

AAnonymous UserYou're going to love this hotel. The location is fantastic with free valet parking.
Great walking paths with access to all of Vail. We went in the off season, when the Hotel was taking care of some renovations. The GM stopped by our room, that he didn't realize was occupied, to check on a change to the canopy of the bed. Even though he did not enter, he felt like it was an intrusion and offered a complimentary spa visit. Now that's great customer service! The massage I received was top notch in their stunning spa and we'll definitely be returning!
GGuest UserIf you've ever wanted a true ski-in/ski-out experience, then you need to stay here. They're not lying when they say it's the closest chairlift in North America. After picking up our skis and boots from the attendant, it was maybe, at most, a 20 second walk to the Strawberry lift. If you opened up your room window by the lift, you could hear the chatter of the skiers in line. We just booked our stay for this upcoming winter with them, and gladly paid more than some of the local hotels in that area because of the experience we had in February 2023. From the staff to the experience, everything was phenomenal. The breakfast each morning was amazing, and many options, so everyone had a choice of what they'd like. We had the larger room, I think they call it a deluxe, and it was a wonderful size, but possibly too big for us as we kept our skis with the attendant. The bed and accommodations were great, and if you prefer a little more room, go that route. The walk to Beaver Creek village was fine, and I think it took us about 2-3 minutes to get to the heart of the village, where there are more shops and restaurants over there. After going off site the first night, we realized there were plenty of options in the village, so we stayed in the village for the rest of our trip. The fact they have a ski valet and parking valet is a wonderful touch. It was so nice to come in from a day on the slopes and leave our stuff in their room with the valet. There he would clean our skis and dry our boots, and it was a wonderful touch, and we tipped generously for this service. Again, we pay more just to stay here, but it's so worth it. By the time I pay for another hotel and load up everyone to drive to the resort, and pay for parking, we happy to sacrifice some other things in order to stay here. And if you search early enough, you'll find pretty decent rates for the upcoming year, and if you're an Epic member, you'll get a discount for staying here. All in all, five stars and we look forward to our trip out there this year!
The facility is relatively new. It is clean, well cared for. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Just a couple of minor things could be better: Parking is limited if arriving late, the lighting in the bathroom is not enough for these eyes, cell phone coverage is poor, but they have free wifi to enable wifi calling.
We've returned to Tivoli multiple times over multiple years since the entire atmosphere is unpretentious and relaxed, the entire staff is outstanding and both of these allow us (and our white Lab, Takoda) to relax and decompress without any unmet expectations! We're already looking to return soon
GGuest UserBeautiful resort with spectacular views of the mountains. Friendly staff, great amenities. Restaurants were amazing. I recommend the guided hiking tour. Outdoor space is very inviting and fun to hang out in the evenings by the fire pits.
Such a gem on the Frying Pan River in Basalt, Co! The rooms are beautifully modern and have amenities such as refrigerator and microwave and coffee. The sounds of the river lull you to sleep! Highly recommend staying here. Great restaurant right next door too.
GGuest UserWow! I was impressed. I have felt that the “Comfort Inns” have been a little lacking in the past few years regarding cleanliness, lighting, breakfast, etc. as a matter of fact, even though I was a “choice member” I avoided staying at a Comfort Inn. I had no choice and had to stay at one in a different location a couple weeks ago and it only confirmed my thoughts, “don’t stay there”. However, this one at Vail/Beaver Creek was quite different. It was clean, lighting was bright, even had hot soup and hot cocoa in the late afternoon waiting when we got back from a fun, cold day of skiing! I liked it so much that I actually recommended this particular Comfort Inn to others.
BbowmThis hotel is ideal for staying in Vail. Close to Lionshead Village about a 2 to 3 minute walk at about a 5 to 10 minute walk to Vail Village. The room is perfectly adequate. Comfortable beds and the bathroom is decent. I did have a lukewarm shower, which was not ideal but then hot water came on more later. There is a Starbucks literally next door in the lobby of the hospital Opens at 7 AM. There is also free coffee and snack breakfast in the lobby. There is a ski shop in the lobby. The outdoor pool was not open however, this was a disappointment. There is a very nice sauna and indoor hot tub. There is free parking in the parking lot, which is very nice to have. I did not eat in the restaurants or bar with so many options in town. I would recommend this lower price option in Vail as it is perfectly adequate for a ski vacation.
GGuest UserNice place, convenient to get to considering its location. Friendly staff and good service. Would stay here again. ( If you are from the UK make sure you bring a plug adapter unlike me🤣)
