I absolutely loved this hotel. It was so family friendly and I can’t wait until we visit again

We had a fabulous stay at the Four Seasons Vail over Thanksgiving. From the moment we pulled up to the hotel, everything was taken care of seamlessly — as you would expect from a property of this calibre. At check-in, Clarice at reception was absolutely brilliant — warm, professional, and incredibly helpful in showing us to our room and explaining how everything worked. Breakfast at Traviata was a daily pleasure; Elizabeth and Eve were wonderful — friendly, efficient, and attentive, and the food was delicious. However, the place we truly fell in love with was Remedy Bar. The atmosphere, vibe, service, and food are all phenomenal! Nicole, at the front of house, deserves special recognition — she is truly exceptional. Despite the constant buzz and popularity of the bar, she manages everything with grace, speed, and a genuine smile, making each guest feel valued. Carlos, one of the managers, and Magda were equally fantastic, ensuring every visit was memorable. Do try their hot chocolate! Lyka at the Chalet also stood out with her warmth and wonderful service. The Chalet is the perfect spot to relax before or after skiing — don’t miss it! We did attend the Thanksgiving celebration lunch, which unfortunately was disappointing, especially at $250/person. It was held in a ballroom with little atmosphere, and the food didn’t match the otherwise exceptional standards of the resort. The only real low point of our stay was the spa. Sadly, it was the opposite of the relaxing, luxurious experience we had anticipated. I had a reaction to one of their facial products and eventually had to leave mid-treatment. Despite my face showing a clear reaction, I was initially only offered a 30% discount. It took speaking to two managers for the issue to be properly resolved — thank you to the manager at our final hotel checkout who handled it swiftly and professionally. Unfortunately, the spa reception staff were dismissive of my concern, and the spa manager could certainly learn a great deal about true customer service from the outstanding team at Remedy Bar. Despite that experience, the hotel overall is fantastic — beautifully appointed, perfectly located, and staffed by people who genuinely care. The vast majority of the team made our stay exceptional, and we would absolutely return (though likely skip the spa next time!). A truly special place with world-class service — and one of the best après-ski atmospheres in Vail.

Dear four seasons team I am a true loyal of the four seasons family it is our favorite hotel chain and today I went to the spa with my sister for a relaxing morning and I found the bathroom facilities truly disgusting really really disgusting . This kind of dirtiness does not meet the standard of the hotel and specially after the prices paid for the massage ( which I do have to mention was very good ) . The front desk lady told us that the manager said that there was nothing she could do and I was really surprised by the bad costumer service from the spa manager . This was a first . I was really disappointed

When life gets heavy, I start to view every conversation like a battle, and I walk into situations bracing for something to go wrong. That’s just the truth. But what the team at Four Seasons Vail did for my family and me broke through all of that. They didn’t just deliver great service; they delivered something human. Something grounding. Something we genuinely needed more than we realized. The hospitality here isn’t simply “high-end” or “luxury.” It feels like a reset. A breath you didn’t know you were missing. The kind of experience that makes you slow down, let go, and be present with the people you love. And that is rare. They’re creating the kind of moments that stay with families long after the trip ends. Our stay at Four Seasons Vail wasn’t just a getaway. It was a pause in the middle of a storm. It gave us space to breathe, reconnect, and just be again. This place is special. Not because it’s luxurious, but because the people inside it make you feel human again. If you’re considering a stay — just go. It might give you more than you’re expecting.

5 Star treatment! Superb amenities. Love the spa access!! The room was cozy & luxurious. Love the fireplace in the room…..I mean I can’t wait to go back. On site restaurant very over priced. But I would highly recommend other wise.

I really like the staff at The Four Seasons. So accommodating. Period I stay here every time. I have surgery at the Steadman clinic which is next-door. It makes it easy to walk over.

We tried to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances. Staff refused to work with us and we lost 1200 dollars as a result. Four Seasons is just another company that puts profit over people. They could have easily rebooked the room but they chose not to. It is a sad reflection on their company.
