Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Dusseldorf

The hotel is in a good location, walking distance to many of the main tourist sites. It is incredibly clean and the staff are courteous and professional. I was surprised that no bottled water was provided in the room but believe this may be common in Germany due to environmental concerns. The included breakfast was good, I would highly recommend staying here.

The bedroom was clean and comfortable, with a good sleeping bed that ensured a restful night. The bathroom was spotless, adding to the comfort of the stay. The staff was polite and extremely helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Breakfast, however, was quite basic. It worked for a quick meal, with bread and yogurt options, but lacked variety. The only warm item was from an automatic pancake machine. Unfortunately, the boiled eggs were overcooked and difficult to peel. One downside was the room lighting, which occasionally flickered and caused minor inconvenience. Overall, the hotel offers a clean, comfortable stay with excellent staff and a great location, though the breakfast and lighting could use some improvement.

Great place to stay, very friendly people. Reached there after a hectic day, flight cancellation, starving. But asap I reached there all the employees were accommodating and friendly. Cozy environment, safe and great place to stay.
