The hotel's engineering department proactively brought tools to help fix it, and quickly installed it perfectly. This thoughtful service was truly touching. I have to praise their dinner! After a day of driving, we returned to the hotel's Chinese restaurant. The noodles were incredibly tender and smooth, and even the simple cold dishes were beautifully prepared. The waiters also thoughtfully recommended side dishes, giving us a taste of authentic Dunhuang cuisine. The room was even more than I expected! The design blends modern comfort with Dunhuang cultural elements. The mattress was just the right firmness, and I slept soundly every night. The bathroom had a perfect dry and wet separation, and the hot water was reliable. From the efficient problem-solving to the quality of the food and beverages, to the accommodation experience, every aspect of the hotel's service was truly thoughtful.
