Outstanding

KKisstangtangUnfortunately, there is a construction site opposite, so the view is blocked. But the landlords, the old ladies, are very welcoming. Parking is very convenient, right at the door. Our house is on the first floor, and the sound insulation is not very good. The buildings here are all wooden structures, so there may be noise when people upstairs walk. But overall it is really good, and the room is very large. But Ctrip said there is conditioner, but it actually doesn't.

GGuest UserGreat, spacious, clean, comfortable loft. Would definitely stay there again. It's a little ways from downtown, but there's a New World supermarket and restaurants within 3 minutes walking distance. There is assigned parking, but it's a little tight getting in and out.

The host is so helpful and provides us with some attraction routes, which is more interesting than driving through the highway! And Rocky (Labrador) is soooo cute! We will definitely recommend this motel to our friends!

QQingyuanwusanguiThe map on Ctrip doesn't match the map on Huaban very well, the location is wrong, you need to search the name of the hotel directly to find it, this needs attention. As for Dunedin, the location of the hotel is relatively inconvenient. You need to drive to anywhere. But the attractions we visited basically require a long drive, which doesn't matter. It's just an ordinary motel.

PPhilippa16This hotel is very handy to central Dunedin. The unit was warm when we used 2 lots of heating sources. It had everything we needed for our stay. Great little kitchenette. Bathroom was OK, no ventilation system to extract moisture, so just had to keep windows open. (A tad chilly) My only minus was how much street noise and student noise we heard every night. Hard to get to sleep. However this is not a fault of the hotel.

Jjjx1102The location of this hotel is amazing! It is a very quiet and comfortable place at the corner of Bajiao Street. You can see the street from the small balcony of the window, but it is very quiet. There are various churches within a 10-minute walk, and there are many restaurants and shops on the road within 20 minutes of the train station. The key is that parking is very convenient and there are many parking spaces in the yard. highly recommended!
