The hotel service is very thoughtful and patient. In the evening, hot milk is delivered to the room before bedtime. It is responsive to every request. The hotel environment is very good, in the mountain stream, the room is also very good, there is a private hot spring in the yard, it is very comfortable to soak after climbing the mountain. The breakfast is delicious. Next time I come to Qingcheng Mountain, I will stay here again.

The hotel was in a very peaceful area. The ambiance was very refreshing. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. They even made some special dishes for a friend who could not eat meat. The hobbit houses were quaint and well made. It was so nice to sit the room with the door open, looking at the beautiful flowers while the butterflies and dragon flies danced around them. The bathroom was recently renovated and worked well. Each hobbit house also has a hot tub. The temperature was perfect, but one of the hot tubs and had spider webs across it with spiders in them. The other one had suspicious looking yellow balls that we couldn’t figure out were nature made or some type of bug repellent thing. Overall my friends and I were very impressed and plan to go back in the future.

It was a pleasant trip. The accommodation environment was consistent with the recommendation. The super large viewing platform had amazing scenery. My wife was super satisfied. It was quiet at night and we had enough rest. The girl at the front desk gave us some warm reminders. The restaurant service was very good. I will come again next time I have the chance!

We have just had the most amazing 2 night stay here and it was perfection! The hotel is situated high in the mountains but only 20 minutes away from Panda Valley. The rooms were very clean and are supplied with everything you could need. The views were exceptional and we instantly fell in love with this place! The hotel is well worth the price paid. There are evening meals available but it is also possible to order takeaway from the restaurants in the city to deliver. The WiFi worked perfectly and there was plenty of hot water for the showers and the spring water spa bath in the room. The beds were huge and so comfortable, it was blissful! The customer service was the greatest! The staff were happy to help with every request and were so friendly, they really made the stay memorable. The staff helped with small items such as mosquito spray (although it wasn’t needed), lighters and other items we had forgotten. They also helped us to book our tickets and arrange our trips for the following days to the temple and Panda Valley. They also went out of their way to drive us to these places and made sure we were able to get inside as we don’t read Chinese! As I said, exceptional service! Our room has a separate yard with a pavilion in the yard, and the landscape is wild and elegant~ Environment: The entire homestay is built on the mountain, and the scenery is very good. The tea bar and the dining bar both play soft music. Listening to the cicadas and music, people will also calm down. The dining bar also provides beer, table football and billiards. It feels very comfortable to have a drink with friends and play billiards.

The location is in the Houshan Scenic Area and very close to Tai'an Ancient Town! The environment is super good, it feels like the mist is lingering. What I especially want to talk about is the store’s service attitude! I was not impatient when picking up and dropping off scenic spots. When it rained, I even held an umbrella to pick me up. My friend has been recommending this hotel to me. I wanted to book the Dongshu room after seeing the pictures, but it was booked. So I booked this one. Unexpectedly, it completely exceeded my expectations! It is quiet and has a sense of quality. The books on a whole wall are not just a casual decoration. You can see that the owner is attentive to the selection of books. The other furnishings in the room are also very aesthetic. I don’t know if it is the owner’s idea or the designer’s hahahaha. I want to walk around quietly and see a small vegetable garden. The housekeeper said that they also take care of the small vegetable garden themselves. I can eat fresh vegetables on weekdays. This lifestyle is too happy! Anyway, this is a hotel I will stay in again😁

They are the people with the highest overall quality and the strongest service awareness among all the hotels and B&Bs I have stayed in (including hotels and B&Bs with much higher prices). The thing that touched us the most was that after the boxes were delivered to the parking lot, the place where the boxes were placed was a little far from our car (the parking lot floor was gravel and could not be dragged, and there were steps).
