It was a very unreliable experience. When I checked into the hotel on the first night, I remember the front desk clerk said that I could stay in the same room for two days (I booked a single bed on the first day and a double bed on the second day). When I returned to the hotel the next night, not only had my room been changed, but my luggage was also missing. I found out the day after tomorrow that they packed part of my luggage, but they didn't pack my socks, toothbrush and some other personal belongings. No matter what, no staff told me that my room had been changed, and the hotel staff just dismissed the missing things with a simple "I didn't see them" and there was no compensation! And I booked a twin bed for the next day, but they gave me a triple bed. This is the first time I've encountered something so unreliable when I go out to play. I'm drunk
