Lovely hotel! Checking in was great, they even gave me a late checkout of 6pm when leaving. Room service in the expensive side, so I didn’t use. Breakfast was lovely. Maybe breakfast was a little understaffed as they struggled to bring coffee to my table on the last day, but I think this was due to it being peak time. Rooms were really nice, clean, modern and the bed was awesome! Would love to stay in these hotels again. This has to be one of my favourite hotels I’ve stayed at in the price range.

I strongly recommend to book the stay at Al Khayma. We are a family of 4, so at first the cost of the stay seems expensive. However, the camp is not just a stay and a lot of stuff are included in the price. Firstly, all the meals are included. A buffet lunch, a buffet dinner and also breakfast served right outside your tent. Secondly, the camp also provided the traditional robes for males and females which we gladly wore throughout our stay and took photos with them. In addition, there are traditional snacks, soft drinks, water, photos with falcon, heena, fire show, star gazing, etc. also, sunrise camel ride is also included. Last but most importantly, the service from all the staff at the camp was fabulous.. We strongly encourage people to book an overnight stay at this camp.

This hotel is a new city hotel opened this year, just like One&Only One‘Zabeel, and its positioning is similar, so it can be compared. First of all, in terms of the room, this hotel has a balcony, so you can lie down and look at the skyline without going out, which is a big plus point, but OOOZ does not have it. Secondly, I personally think that the swimming pool of this hotel is better than that of OOOZ, because on the one hand, it is closer to the skyline, and on the other hand, there are more viewing angles, which is extremely suitable for lying down. However, this swimming pool does not allow cameras to enter, but OOOZ does not have this rule. In addition, the staff at the pool asked us what we wanted to drink. We ordered two glasses of orange juice, but the staff did not remind us that we had to pay. Before leaving, I saw that the bill for two glasses cost 90 dirhams. So you must ask clearly whether anything provided is free. For breakfast, I ordered in-room dining, and the lana breakfast of 255 dirhams was enough for two people, but it is not recommended in terms of cost performance. In terms of public areas, this hotel is not as rich as OOOZ, but public areas are not that important for city hotels. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

My family stay with JW Mariott Marquis Dubai was amazing. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is busy but yet everything was on point. They refreshed our room for the evening which is pretty standard for good hotels, but still something that's appreciated. It's pretty near Dubai Mall. Would definitely consider staying at the hotel again if we visit Dubai.

Beyond imagination and expectation! It was a transition stop for us to catch an early flight, however everyone in St.Regis made this short stay last long. ALL crew show their hospitality and caring. We would definitely choose St.Regis Downtown Dubai again and recommend it to our friends.

The location is easy to get around everywhere. At check-in, I wanted to book a spa appointment, but was told to go directly to the spa to book it myself. And I made a reservation in person, but it was not reserved on the day of the event. Why? It is a chain hotel, safe and secure. They are just handling the guests.

I recently stayed at the SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences, and while the location is excellent and the rooms are quite nice, my experience was significantly marred by the service, particularly the rude behavior of one staff member named Marycho. First, let's acknowledge the positives: the hotel is in a prime location, offering convenient access to Dubai's main attractions and breathtaking city views. The rooms were spacious, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities you would expect from a luxury hotel. However, the service was a major letdown. From the moment I arrived, I felt like an inconvenience to the staff. Check-in was slow, and the front desk staff seemed disinterested in assisting guests. The standout negative experience, though, was with a staff member named Marycho. Her rude and dismissive attitude was shocking and made me feel unwelcome during my stay. When I approached her with a simple request, she was not only unhelpful but also condescending, as if I were bothering her. The lack of professionalism extended beyond just Marycho. Room service was consistently slow, and my orders were frequently incorrect. Housekeeping was inconsistent, often forgetting to restock essential items, and it seemed like the staff had little training in customer service. In conclusion, while the location and rooms at SLS Dubai Hotel & Residences are commendable, the poor service, particularly the unacceptable behavior from staff member Marycho, overshadowed these positives. I expected a much higher level of hospitality and customer service from a hotel of this caliber and would hesitate to recommend it based on my experience.

Amazing, upgraded room as it was my birthday. Very clean, food is lovely. Pictures are taken from video so not as clear however I was on the 48th floor with the city view. Great customer service. I would visit again!

Good service but need to check with concierge for tooth brush, toothpaste etc.
