Stay was very nice We enjoyed a lot but one thing was very disappointing We been to bar for two days continue First day was good service was so nice But next day when we went The server (Salina) She was not good as we expected Not a single smile on her face She was like working forcefully Glasses and plates were empty but she never asked for drink or food feedback Every time we had to call her for each and everything Sagar and the short lady (leader) this two people were so nice Sagar who gave us food and plates . He was so attentive Maybe you guys give more trainings to staff that how to give service to guests We felt like we are dining in road side restaurant Where we don’t expect any standards Thanks

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Gulf Court Hotel Business Bay, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised when the hotel staff (Ms. Elisabeth) offered to upgrade my room at no additional cost. This gesture truly made my stay even more special, and I greatly appreciate their generosity. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Elisabeth, Okta, Yasir, and Fawad from the reception team for their exceptional service and hospitality. They were always friendly, attentive, and willing to assist with any requests I had during my stay. Overall, my experience at Gulf Court Hotel Business Bay was fantastic. The hotel's amenities, cleanliness, and location were top-notch, and the staff's professionalism and friendliness made me feel right at home. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

The hotel was very nice, it has recently opened as a brand hotel. The housekeeping staff extremely professional, courteous, friendly and polite. The room was very big in size, with a king size bed, tidy, and always cleaned everyday, replenished with fresh bottles of water, clean bed linen, and new towels everyday. My room had a lovely view of the down town Dubai, over looking the Burj Khalifa. I have been extremely satisfied with my experience staying in this Hilton Garden Inn, Business Bay hotel and would recommend staying here. This review also extends to the house keeping staff in particular, ”Mohammed Khan”

Old Hotel but very good Condition, they upgraded my room to Junior Suite, thus really nice gesture. Will stau here again someday.

I'm coming first time millenium atria Hotel. The hotel is excellent!!! Especially thank you very much housekeeping services by Mohammed Rasel. The cleaning is very good, room is beautiful . And also like swimming pool and gym area. I like that hotel is near dubai mall and I can get there easily. Thanks to reception, they always can solve all kind of my request. And the room is very big and comfort

The transportation is very convenient. It is in the core area. It only costs more than 10 yuan to take a taxi to Dubai Mall. There are supermarkets and restaurants around. It is very close to the Gulf. It is a new hotel and very comfortable to stay in. The breakfast is also very good. It is a recommended hotel.

I have stayed in this property in the month of February from Feb 26th to March 5th for a period of 7 nights, it was a family vacation with my parents who are senior citizens. We were welcomed by Ms.Lisa front desk executive, she immediately checked is in and the room provided was very good, comfortable and cozy, the bathroom was also functional, only issue was the drain, the sink did not drain well and shower pressure little low, this needs improvement, other than that the stay was very good, the breakfast is decent but definitely needs improvement and needs to be more organised as it gets chaotic and the breakfast needs Indian items like Dosa , etc as these days more hotels have Indian options and the eggs also can be more fluffier and made better, more variety in breakfast is needed considering this is a 4 star property, especially the bakery items needs to be freshly made, not pre sourced bakery items like croissants etc, other than that, the hotel is excellent, we witnessed smoke on our floor whereas it was a non smoking floor, we complained to housekeeping and front desk and the management said they will take notice and take care for future, overall this a excellent property and has the potential to become hot seller in days to come , MOST importantly they need to maintain consistency in service and ensure the hotel doesn’t become a smoke haven by smelly corridors and smelly floors and smoky entrances, this property needs proper care, else it will become another holiday inn festival city which is a disastrous property, the Holiday inn business bay has the potential to become the most sought after property in days to come, a special mention to ALINA, KEKA, ANDREI,NADA from the breakfast team, they provide excellent service to guests and the hotel needs this kind of employees, the house keeping team is also very good, front desk Lisa is true wonderful woman , sweet, caring and loving and she needs to be promoted to maintain this property to highest standards, definitely enjoyable and highly recommended property.

Grand Millennium Business Bay Hotel exceeded my expectations with its stunning rooms that felt just like home. The staff were the epitome of professionalism and courtesy. The ambiance throughout was delightful, and the breakfast boasted a wonderful array of high-quality choices. Highly recommended!

I stayed here on the first day of my trip to Dubai. It was a nice hostel in a good location for a cheap price. However, the check-in area was quite difficult to find. Go to room 1609 to check in. There is no shampoo for the shower, so you need to bring your own. There is a washing machine, and they will give you detergent if you ask.
