Hotels in Business Bay, Dubai

Very nice clean hotel that’s surprisingly affordable for the quality you get. I just wish they raised the shower door by a few inches since the water keeps seeping out into the bathroom. Other than that, I literally have no complaints. Great stay.

Windows were extremely dirty (although the hotel announced that they are starting cleaning it, they never managed to clean the ones in my room during my stay). The bathroom door is poorly positioned, making it difficult to move or stand comfortably when it’s open. The location is good, Business Bay metro station is nearby, but Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa are not really in a walkable distance.

I recommend this hotel; its price is reasonable, its location is excellent, and its services are great. It has a swimming pool, a sauna, and a jacuzzi

Good class business hotel. But location is not so ideal as no subway at nearby. Not near to shopping mall or food eateries. Everything else is ok. Hotel shuttle bus could more frequent.

Excellent service and accommodation. I advise everyone to be there.  Fantastic room and location. And car line service.

The overall impression is not bad, because we primarily was out of apartments 😂, but there were some issues, like lack of towels, slippers, but everything was fixed upon request, the main problem of that place is lack of cleaning, especially in bathroom, and our bedsheets were in some spots ( I mean it was clean, but in some deep-seated spots), so it was kind of unpleasant

Very like this hotel, miss it every time while leaving🥲 It's like our second home♥️ All stuff know us and always very friendly. The sad thing is that now close to the hotel a building construction is in whole progress...that's why sometimes it's very noisily in the morning and one night I was woken up by them also😡 Very disappointed with it.. But any way, will always choose this hotel for staying 😍

飯店雖然是3星飯店，但是所有服務人員及前台人員的服務可以讓飯店直接升級成5星，特別是從第一天就接待我們的NEHA 小姐，不論是她的笑容還是熱情，都是最讓人喜歡的，服務態度更是裡面的第一，讓人下次有機會還會來這間飯店，下次來會想要是她來服務。 Otele geldiğimiz andan itibaren tüm personelin son derece alakalı hizmetiyle karşılaştık özellikle resepsiyondaki NEHA hanım bizi çok içtenlikle ve sevgiyle karşıladı herkese çok teşekkür ederiz çok memnun kaldık.

The price is always convenient and I find it very calm and the stuff is helpful from the cleaners to the room service to the reception to the securities it is very recommended

Overall a good choice for travelers looking to spend most of the time outside of the hotel exploring the city. It’s a good location to call a cab, there is a convenient shop and coffee place next to the hotel. If you walk around the hotel area you can find a lot of food options.  The hotel itself has multiple options for food and drinks, however, I was left disappointed with the false advertising on their happy hour and ladies night promotions. These were promoted on an electronic device at the check in counter and when we went to check out the deals, I was told that they no longer offer ladies nights and that happy hour times had changed. This detail maybe be small but this was one of the factors I considered before choosing this hotel.  The rooms were clean and comfortable , the bed was soft, however, the shower wall is short which led to water spilling over, the hotel seems to be aware of the problem as they install a drain where the water collects but they haven’t extended the shower wall. Nevertheless, it was a good option and the staff was very helpful.
