Hotels in Dubai Festival City, Dubai

My 4-night stay at Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City was superb although location wise it's quite far away from the convenience of metro. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities exceeded expectations, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout. Buffet breakfast was a stand-out with plenty of choices and delicious choices. The service was impeccable, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate requests promptly and courteously. Additionally, the hotel's adjacency to the mall provided convenience for dining and shopping options, adding to the overall experience. I highly recommend Holiday Inn & Suites Dubai Festival City for travelers seeking a blend of luxury, convenience, and excellent service.

The location is not near any main attraction but it is more than self sufficient due as it is linked to festival city shopping mall. The mall is impressive and have lots of eateries. Room wise is a bit dated but clean. Breakfast wise variety is quite little but decent.

In general service was ok however restaurant staff either no understanding if English or just ignored customer. 3 mornings out of 4 the coffee order was forgotten and other requests did not materialise . Hotel location difficult if trying to arrange local taxi - very few taxi’s to be found

Amazing hotel, amazing service. Only downside was the ‘city view’ room is of Dubai Creek City not Downtown (Creek View). Staff were polite and very helpful. Shehroz at breakfast was a legend. Thank you for Masala omelette and Tea

The room is large and clean, the service is good, and the river view is great. It's a pity that there are new buildings under construction around

Amazing hotel located in the new area in Dubai, there’s great infrastructure around the hotel like the supermarket, salons, Starbucks and restaurants. The room is clean (but I feel like the curtains need to have a proper wash because there were some stains on them), the rest was really nice. More feels like 4,5 /5 star hotel. And it’s way cheaper than other hotels in the same category. The view from the swimming pool was amazing.

We reached there at 6PM, totally tiered and was expecting a comfortable room will be waiting for us. But it took about an hour for the staff to make the room ready. Don’t know what they had to do. After an hour of staying at reception we finally reached in room and saw both beds were joined. We requested them again to make twin beds as separate. It again took a long. All were good but services was below average

Intercontinental Residence felt like a home away from home. We were treated very kindly and we love the hospitality provided to us by the team. Keep it up, see you again next year!
