Hotels in Dubai Marina, Dubai

The hotel is in walking distance to the JBR Beach and Marina. About 15/20 minutes, the hotel provides a regular bus shuttle if you are not up fir the walk. The staff where welcoming, professional and helpful with any queries we had about the hotel, getting around. Muhammed the tour organiser helped us book two excellent tours, half day tour of Dubai catered to our wishes and the VIP trip to Burj Khalifa. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. restaurant on site lots of choices for breakfast buffer and evening meal.Easy to get to Dubai Central. I woukd stay here again.

Wanted to stay in the Marina area due to business commitments and local knowledge. Decided on this hotel due to its excellent location next to the DMCC metro station (approx 200m). Hotel is modern and clean/tidy. Rooms are large and well equipped (tea and coffee making facilities in the room). Staff are very friendly. Breakfast restaurant becomes very crowded from 9.30am with tourist guests but otherwise fine. Great value for money and highly recommended!

We had a one bedroom suite with a kitchen with sea view. It was very well equipped, with dishwasher and washing machine. Very comfortable bed. Very clean on arrival and cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. The hotel has excellent facilities - large restaurant area, gym and swimming pool. Breakfast choice was superb. It is very well located - short walking distance to the Tram (Palm Jumeirah station) and the monorail to the Palm. Most notably are the hotel staff who were always welcoming, polite and helpful -especially Main at the hotel reception who was very helpful when we needed a doctor

Сложно сказать, насколько был заселен отель, но на ужин только в один из дней мы пришли спустя 15 минут после его начала, и возникла проблема с тем, что еды просто уже не было, и однажды были на обеде, очень спешили, но спустя 20 минут нам только вынесли еду, поесть мы не успели, хоть и объясняли персоналу, что спешим, во все остальные дни подобных проблем не возникало. У нас были ужины и завтраки, подавали всегда примерно одно и тоже, но все, что было, было вкусным и полностью покрывало потребности в питании на отдыхе, да, никаких особых изысков не было, но всегда можно было найти, что съесть, и это совершенно точно было вкусным! Персонал отеля хоть и улыбчивый, но решать вопросы и проблемы с первого раза получалось не всегда, это касалось и проблем в номере, и ситуации на обеде, о чем писала выше, над этим руководству действительно следует задуматься. Если говорить о минусах- система кондиционирования хромает, сотрудник отеля помочь с ней нам тоже не смог, в итоге мы ее отключили вовсе, но при этом в номере всегда было прохладно, сантехника требует ремонта (у нас в номере рукоятка от крана просто отржавела и снималась при каждой попытке регулирования и включения воды), с этой проблемой мы обращаться не стали вовсе, потому что понимали, что переселяться не хотим, а во время нашего заезда проблема вряд ли решится. Два важных момента - рядом с отелем идет строительство нового отеля, поэтому завтраки сопровождались звуками перфоратора и прочих инструментов, днем мы в номере не бывали, вечером было уже тихо, второй- отель расположен рядом с мечетью, особенно это стоит учитывать тем, у кого чуткий сон. Все то, что я написала выше, может быть для кого -то важными критериями при выборе отеля, но для нас эти моменты хоть и отложились в памяти, но абсолютно не омрачили отдыха, потому что казались абсолютными мелочами, которые не перекрыли всех плюсов отеля, таких как: питание(все действительно было очень вкусным), шикарный вид из номера, прекрасное месторасположение отеля(до пляжа 30 минут медленным шагом, много супермаркетов поблизости, в шаговой доступности Марина молл и колесо обозрения, а также станция метро), наличие всех принадлежностей в номере и фена, ежедневная уборка, наличие кухни (включая микроволновку и всю-всю посуду), единственное, чего не хватало- сушилки, но все это решаемо, поэтому персоналу отеля большое спасибо за прекрасный отдых и процветания!

The hotel is nice and rather clean. The staff is very professional and polite, we liked all of them, they were always ready to help us. But I want to give my special thanks to one young waiter, named Ajrulla. He tries hard to make guests happy. When one day I said it was my husband's birthday he organized a small but pleasant dessert with a candle and sang a birthday song with his colleague. Thanks, Ajrulla!

Sure, you can spend 4 times more and stay in classier places, but why would you?This really is a hidden gem. We have not stayed in an Apart Hotel before, but basically, you get the apartment space (300sqm) with the all the facilities and rooms serviced daily. There isn't a restaurant at the facility, but there are dozens of places within a few hundred yards. There really is nothing negative to say about this place, so here are my main points; - The staff are happy and absolutely excellent... 5* service and everyone is so helpful - The gym is an actual proper gym and not one of these 'fitness rooms' that so many hotels disappoint you with.. absolutely fantastic - The pool is smallish but fine - The room was phenomenal. There was just two of us bur we had 3 bedrooms, marina view and 300sqm.... yes 300sqm with a huge lounge, balcony and great kitchen - The apartment had everything you need with washing machine, full kitchen and utensils, plates, glasses and a huge fridge / freezer, Iron etc.. You don't need to bring anything - The location is perfect, right on the front line of the marina and within 100yards there are shops, restaurants, Starbucks, Alcohol Shop.... everything! So many choices and JBR Walk is so close We have stayed for 3 weeks and it felt like home so hopefully, you get the impression that we loved this place and will 100% return. The only thing, like many properties, is that it was much cheaper to book via Expedia than direct with the property... I never understand this, but anyway, Well Done Marina Hotel Apartments, a fantastic find in Dubai and see you again.

Nestled in the heart of Dubai Marina with unparalleled views across the waterfront, InterContinental Dubai Marina is a great place to stay. Upon arrival, Gracie, who works at the front desk, provided excellent customer service and helped me join the IHG members club, which came with a 25% discount on meals in the hotel restaurant. The concierge desk also provided excellent customer service. They ensured all the luggage was well handled during check-in and check-out. I also had a minor accident in my hotel room, where I dropped a cologne on one of the glass-covered tables, and the whole glass on the table broke. The hotel staff prioritised safety and moved me into a new room with a fantastic view without paying extra costs. The hotel is also conveniently located. Many good restaurants, Spas, and spots like HeliDubai, SkyDiveDubai and Yacht rental places are within a 15-minute taxi ride. To get downtown, you need about 30 minutes or so, which is still great, and there are always taxis at the front door, making moving around easier. The balcony sea view for normal room is kinda not so good but the service is definitely 10 out of 10. If you need something just tell them. The Herman’s toiletries not for standard room But I definitely will book this hotel again:)

This hotel is one of the best hotels in Dubai Marina, that’s my second time with them. Cleanliness is at the highest level, they are very helpful and ready to cooperate at any time. Also the location is great and all the facilities you need are close to you. Also, the house keeping guys are so polite and excellent, especially Paveen and Jis. Those 2 guys were very helpful and cooperative. Also their work is excellent.

I stayed for 4 nights in this Mövenpick hotel. It was a pleasant surprise. Employees really try to be very friendly and several remembered my name (always nice). The breakfast buffet is huge and has for every culture something to eat. I visited the lounge on 21st floor a couple of times and met Joy, Winnie and Yasmin (hope I write their names correctly). I spend more time in hotellounges and it is always a joy to see the dedicated people who work their. These 3 ladies are top of the bill. They try to give all the visitors equal attention, keep an eye on the drinks and bring refills when needed. They give every guest the feeling that they are important. I suggest the management takes good care of these ladies or they will be “stolen” by other high end hotels.
