Hotels in Jumeirah Beach, Dubai

1.when we check in say the room will be ready at 3pm but we sit at the lobby, maybe 1 1/2 hours,but no one tell me need so long time ,just say will be ready 2.when we are waiting the room ,our phones no more power,ask for the charger, the staff said in my room have 2 ,what they are talking about? 3.i ask for the staff who can speak Cantonese to help me ,they said sent to my room ,but I wait for maybe 2 hours also no one can help,I need to go to the lobby to get help, the security help me a lot, but the reception service is very bad 4.we want to keep the welcome card for Memories ,but we go down to have dinner buffet, and then we come back,we can’t find the card ,our luggages are tidy up by the house keeping ,I think they make it lost For the service 3star Hotel better than this we stay here for the honey moon,I think this hotel is the worst

- Quite old rooms but Good& clean . - Slow Check in procedure. - Bad service barking workers, they don't know driving , and not care about your car ( they scratched my car+ I leave with low air tyre pressure )! This problem issues only in the hotel . ( So, I don't advise you give them your car , park by ur self ) . - I paid 40dhs by check out for taxes!! While the room included that when I booked .

The Iranian food restaurant is magnificent and the chef does made to order dosas. Hotel rooms clean and comfortable. 1km to Jumeirah beach so great for running and swimming in the sea

Absolutely perfect stay, friendly staff, right next to beach, comfy rooms and delicious food! Will come back again. Only issue was the confusing cleaning schedule, some days they came at inconsistent times. Thanks again!

The room balcony is super large, the bedding is very comfortable, and the swimming pool has a great view. Later, I met a Chinese housekeeper March who provided very good service and gave me a leather perfume bottle and many small things, all of which were very textured. The hotel arranged birthday cakes and desserts, and each tasted very good. However, there were really many people in the hotel, almost all of them were locals, and I didn't see a single Chinese person, haha. Every restaurant in the hotel was full at night, and the atmosphere was very good. You might not get a seat without a reservation. I especially like the VIP swimming pool. The breakfast was extremely rich, with lobsters and oysters to eat as you like. Thanks again to the Chinese housekeeper March, who also called a business car for us when we left.

Breakfast: Super terrible service, unfriendly to Chinese guests. only this hotel i have this strong feeling, we have checked in to Atlantis palm, St Regis Abu dhabi during this vacation and everything was perfect!! For Jumeirah Beach Hotel, most of the staff in the breakfast area are not friendly, with no smile, and I felt like being bullied by the service peoples. You can see a few tables around are available, but she keeps guiding us to the last section of table area, which is very few people, and there is no one assistant. Even the table is not yet well cleaned when she guided us to. My kids are sitting there. She didn't say anything but directly sprayed the cleaning liquid over my kid's head. And she asked me what i would like to order to drink when she is wiping. It is unprofessional and unrespect to try to take an order when you are not focused on your customers. I am wondering why this 5 star hotel can offer this service specially wondering this unprofessional assistant lady. Is there something wrong with you?? I ordered 2 glasses of milk for my kids. They sent me 2 small milk jars , but we didn't order tea?! So what is this for?! And I try to ask someone to change. However, over 15 minutes, there was no one answering, i am pitty sure they both see i am asking for assistance !!!!!! Buggies service: When we ask for the buggie, the guy standing there tells us to walk as it's very near ?! Haha, that's so funny! everybody keeps faking us like a fool. You prepare this service and when I come though , you ask me to walk. what do you mean?! What a ******* experience ever! I will never recommend this hotel to any Chinese/Asian face people!! Never waste your money to someone who dont care for your stay! Message to Jumeirah Beach Hotel : If you are not ready to open for Chinese people, please close your reservation ! don't try to accept our money then give me this ******* service! It is terrible that I pay money to let me be bullied 😔 Otherwise , please send your service peoples for proper service training.

The room was very comfortable, the bed was a little too high, but the hotel's breakfast was a little bit inferior to the Four Seasons brand in terms of price. Even though it was the off-season, the hotel's dishes should not be like this. The food and drinks this time were disappointing. The good news is that there are resident singers in the bar, and smoking is allowed~

I have to say we have stayed at Grosvenor House for 20 years however the Marina is getting too hectic for us traffic-wise and crowds. So it is my absolute pleasure to award 10/10 A+++ to Beach Walk Hotel and their staff; the location, cleanliness etc etc is at 5 star level. All the staff were so polite and professional; rooms cleaned to perfection, quality bed linen, comfortable beds. Superb! This will be the hotel we stay at whenever we visit Dubai. Congratulations BWH!
