From the moment I stepped into the Marriott Marquis Dubai Creek, I knew I was in for something special. The lobby itself is a masterpiece—grand, welcoming, and filled with the subtle aroma of luxury. Check-in was seamless, with staff who were not only professional but genuinely warm and attentive, making me feel instantly at home. My room was immaculate and beautifully designed, offering sweeping views of the glittering Dubai skyline and the tranquil Creek. Every detail, from the plush bedding to the thoughtfully curated amenities, spoke of comfort and quality. Housekeeping was consistent and discreet, ensuring my space remained pristine throughout my stay. Dining here was a true highlight—whether it was a lavish breakfast spread, an exquisite dinner with international flavors, or a late-night snack, the quality and presentation of each dish were outstanding. The service team anticipated needs before I even voiced them, adding a personal touch that made every meal memorable. The leisure facilities are equally impressive. We stayed for a week at this well-organized property. It's a 15-20 minute taxi ride from the city center (Burj Khalifa). The food was excellent and very varied, with options available from both the buffet and à la carte menus. We stayed in an apartment, which was extremely comfortable, spacious, and equipped with all necessary amenities. There's also a well-equipped 24-hour gym and a lovely, clean pool. The staff were incredibly courteous and helpful. If I were to return to Dubai, I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Service was ok, area has good connection to most commercial aerial , restaurants transportation ……… Hotel staff very kind and welcoming, inside the hotel was clean, nothing to claim!

It’s an older apartment. The lobby is very small and crowded. There is a grocery store and skating ring on the first floor which was convenient. I would recommend people to stay at their hotel not the apartment.

The hotel is very close to the airport (around 15 minutes of driving or taxi). There is a 24-hour supermarket at the ground floor of the hotel, selling food and daily necessity. The hotel also provides free shuttle bus to and from the airport.

Danish’s professionalism and dedication set a high standard—he made my visit memorable with his helpful attitude and genuine care. Highly recommended for anyone seeking excellent concierge service.

The hotel is well-equipped and comfortable. The room was very clean and cozy, true to Hyatt standards. Its location is convenient, just about a 5-minute walk from the Al Riga metro station. The staff was very helpful, and the front desk provided friendly service; we were even able to check in early. The breakfast buffet was rich and offered a wide selection. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to use the outdoor pool as our time was limited. Overall, a lovely hotel for a short trip to Dubai.

The front desk staff were generally accommodating and helpful during my visit, which I truly appreciated. However, I did encounter a concern during a phone call I made to ask for the address. The tone of the lady who answered came across as somewhat condescending. While it may not have been intentional, it felt less than welcoming especially for someone trying to locate the place easily. A more warm and supportive approach over the phone would go a long way in creating a better experience for first-time guests navigating to the location.
