I read the reviews before and the hotel rating was not good, but we felt very good after staying here. Needless to say, the location is right inside the Burj Khalifa. The style is Armani's low-key luxury business style. From the lobby to the room, it is all metallic black. The upgraded VIP room is not small and is divided into two areas. The reception area has a separate bathroom, TV and cloakroom. The breakfast is rich and delicious. Outside the terrace of the restaurant is the fountain square at the entrance of du bai mall. The hotel can go directly to du bai mall through the VIP channel by swiping the room card, but the elevator to take when coming back is a bit hidden. After checking out, you can leave your luggage at the front desk and borrow a room card to go shopping in the mall. The front desk is happy to help.

The interior decoration of the hotel is full of design, and the public areas are spacious and bright. The reception area in the lobby has a comfortable seating area for guests to relax. The swimming pools are well equipped and kept tidy. Particularly worth mentioning is the swimming pool, which is not only well-equipped but also overlooks the entire Burj Khalifa. It is one of my favorite places.

It’s our best stay in Dubai. To be honest it’s a great hotel, great location and staff super kind and nice from receptionist to restaurant waiter, specially Sudip our housekeeper is always kept our room clean and fresh. I definitely recommend to someone who wants to visit Dubai to stay with this hotel. .

My decision to stay at Sofitel Hotel in Dubai was the best. It was located in a nice location and all the staff were kind. Above all, I will never forget the tremendous hospitality that the staffs showed my child dressed in Superman clothes.

The receptionist is not very friendly. When I went to check-in, he simply explained the breakfast time and location verbally and gave me no information. I'm a member of Marriott Bonvoy. I traveled with my family and we took 3 rooms. The hotel is excellent, very luxurious, its location is central near a supermarket and the Amariot Mall. An excellent breakfast for those who eat everything. But there is no selection for celiac patients, take care of food from home. We had a problem the day we arrived, they broke the wheel of the suitcase, they tried to fix it and failed, they tried very hard but did not give us a solution. It made us feel that as long as we don't complain everything is fine...everyone smiles but when they broke the suitcase they had no way of helping us and didn't give us any solution until we got to the airport and there I bought a new suitcase. (We were with elderly parents and a baby and the cost of the suitcase was very expensive)

Looking at the fountain square, you can see it from the small balcony. The hotel breakfast is good. There is a Lebanese flower restaurant nearby, which is highly recommended. The apartment-style room, the facilities are not new, the air conditioner is cold enough, but the facilities are rated poorly. The air conditioner outlet is facing the head. No matter how to adjust the temperature and air volume, the head is always blown by cold wind, which is a flaw

The location and vibes were amazing, the room was organized and everything you need is there. The bar wasn’t that good and doesn’t contain a high quality drinks. In the end, it’s a good place to set for few days.
