Hotels in World Trade Centre DIFC, Dubai

I was so satisfied and happy with the hotel, even though the hotel is old, smelly and has number of issues in the room, problems. The air con is noisy and simply does not function , it is either too hot or cold. That was so disturbing. But regardless that, i was going to give high score , because of the amazing team furing my check in amd during my stay. With positive memories and experience, i came back to this hotel, but the shift that day has completely ruined my impression and experience. Reception desk team was rude and impolite. Not friendly at all. I had to move to another hotel. Moved to a 5 * hotel in the same budget ( also in down town neighborhood) , as 3 star old rove downtown.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel! Beautiful, discreet and very cozy. The hotel staff works at a high level, they do everything to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. Special thanks to the hotel employee Diana, from the Lounge Club on the 13th floor, she congratulated us and my wife and was very attentive. I would also like to note the very tasty and varied breakfasts. Tasty and very healthy food. Large selection of dishes. I recommend it, it is definitely worth visiting this place. And many thanks to all the hotel staff.

The location is close to the exhibition hall. The room is pretty small. Breakfast is good. The only thing that disappoints me is the hairdryer in the room. The hairdryer is not strong and heats up very fast. My hand was hurt every time i dried up my hair. I was trying to get the hotel personnel assistance, but they told me the hairdryer is working. When i requested a spare hairdryer, the staff told me just us the room hairdryer. That is bad. I am not happy.

The hotel close to Dubai metro. Very clean and family friendly. I really like the soap and shampoo provided with specific brand that unlike most hotels. Beside the hotel you can get photospot with museum of the future background.

The hotel was very conveniently located and the service staff was more than helpful. They kindly offered an upgrade and cake for my birthday, which was much appreciated. Breakfast is on the 43rd floor with a good selection and even better view. I highly recommend staying at this hotel

We rented in the apartment section. it’s a very nice size apartment and comes with a small kitchen and living room. If you’re going to be in the area and have a family, this is highly recommended.

Very nice to see the Iron Butterfly 🦋 of Thailand in the heart of Dubai, the Hotel lives up to the ambitions of the late Than-Phu-Ying Chanut Piyaoui Mr. Goban from room service and the rest of the Multi-National staff are brilliant. The building was designed to fit in with the elegant modern skyline of Dubai, but once you are inside, the colors and lighting are comfortable. It feels like a nice place in the East...the Far East

The staffs are all very friendly and carry a smile all the time. There are several eateries and restaurants within short walking distance from the hotel. The metro is also 3-5 mins walk from hotel and goes straight to airport. The lobby and room is nicely decorated. One feedback is - the shower area should have a door to stop the water from flowing out. Otherwise after each shower, the water will wet the bathroom.
