best place in uae very good and very clean place

I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. We booked three nights, yet our room was never cleaned during our stay. No one changed the towels or vacuumed the floor. On the second morning, we specifically requested at the front desk that our room be taken care of, as we had returned from a desert safari and sand had likely been carried in on our shoes. Additionally, the air conditioning was problematic. We set it to 23°C, but the room temperature display consistently showed 18-19°C. Overall, this experience did not meet our expectations.

It’s very clean nice big room but the wi fi was very slow

This hotel is great value for money. Although it is a bit far from anything, there are some small places to eat within walking distance, and the food provided by the hotel is excellent. The pool and sauna are lovely. The gym is small, and has no leg equipment, but it is good enough all things considered. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is nice. It has everything, good service, good hygiene, the bed is comfortable, the swimming is also nice. However, the only downside could be the location, it is a little far from downtown, there is no metro around, no taxi but the reception or security guards can help you get one online. Overall, I highly recommend it.

What did we like: We enjoyed the breakfast Our rooms were on the same floor Staff were accommodating and respectful The pool and gym was accessible and looked great What did we not like: Rooms were not ready for check in One room needed to be clean. Bathroom sink was dirty All of our rooms did not have tooth brush, or second towel so we had to request them Check in and check out required us to wait a minimum of 20minutes. This caused us to be late for a reservation. All in all it was a satisfactory stay.

Great stay. Great coffee place near the reception and the pool is amazing as well.

It the reservation from trip.com it was written there is sofa bed but when we arrived and checked in into the family suite the hotel informed us there is no sofa bed and it is a mistake from the trip.com The location of the suite window was on main street which was too noisy we couldn’t sleep at night. The cleaness of the carpet was not good

It’s the worst hotel in customer service ever. The hotel itself is nice and clean however their customer service sucks and take away the beauty of the hotel. I regret spending my money in a hotel treat their guests in a horrible and unprofessional way.
