I was unable to sleep the entire night due to our room being right by the road and hearing every single car that passed by. I rung the concierge at 4 am and it took them half an hour to bring me ear plugs. I also went to the bar and was horrified to see that it was full of *********** cursing for men. Overall, I would say that our trip was a negative experience. Unable to sleep and surrounded by people looking to sell sex. The room was also a bit worn and you could see the wear and tear in the wall paper and the bed head. The staff was very nice and accommodating but the other clientele were incredibly off putting and ******.

Let me talk about the good things first. It can directly lead to Dubai mall. I don't think it's particularly important to go there during the winter vacation. If you go there during the summer vacation, this passage will save your life. I booked a room facing the Burj Khalifa. I can see the Burj Khalifa every day. My children like it very much. The service staff are very polite. Next, let me talk about some shortcomings. There is a swimming pool under the room facing the Burj Khalifa. It was very noisy at 12 o'clock, like the bass sound of a bar. Later, I plugged in earplugs, and I don't know exactly when it will be noisy. Second, some dead corners in the room were not cleaned very cleanly, and there was still a lot of dust. I saw it when I picked up things. Third, at 11:30 in the middle of the night, someone accidentally triggered the fire alarm. I was so scared that I didn't know whether to sleep or not. It was not until 12:30 that they replied that it was a misunderstanding and you can sleep at ease. The next day, the front desk asked me how I felt. I told him that there was this alarm, and he apologized. In general, it feels a bit not worth spending 4,000.

A great hotel with a great location. You can see the Burj Khalifa from the balcony of the room. The night view is amazing! The hotel is elegantly decorated and comfortable, with first-class service. Because we arrived at the hotel early and the room was not available, the front desk arranged for us to rest in the club. The hotel staff greeted us with a smile when they saw us, which made people feel warm and thoughtful. Highly recommended to stay 😃

The interior decoration of the hotel is full of design, and the public areas are spacious and bright. The reception area in the lobby has a comfortable seating area for guests to relax. The swimming pools are well equipped and kept tidy. Particularly worth mentioning is the swimming pool, which is not only well-equipped but also overlooks the entire Burj Khalifa. It is one of my favorite places.

In addition to the hotel's location in the central area, the view is better, and the room can see the Burj Khalifa and direct access to the Dubai Mall, the other conditions are really not worthy of the price. In terms of pure stay experience, it is not as good as other nearby hotels, but the price here is two or three times more expensive.
