Luxurious hotel with great view, very friendly staff and close to airport!

Booked this hotel to spend one night. Stuff is unfriendly, breakfast is bad: you must request to give you all what you want , buffet with chefs. Coffee is absolutely horrible.

Everything was perfect, exceptional service, beautiful rooms and delicious restaurant food! Our house keeper Madhu was super attentive and made our stay very pleasant!

The oldest of the 2 official Versace Hotels. This hotel is historically significant if you engage in intriguing pondering. It's also very nice if you want to be surrounded by Medusa everywhere in the Hotel

As my concerned, Plazzo Versace Dubai is a good place for everyone in Dubai to stay 1-2 nights. But the warmth level of the reception staff at the front desk and lobby for afternoon tea needs to be improved, so smile more. And it is performed excellently by bellboys and especially one of them who comes from Waganda. He is enthusiastic and friendly. Also there are good services in the breakfast restaurant.One of the male catering staff is very considerate, because he noticed that I came to eat alone,then provided me thoughtful service.

emm was quite disappointed. First of all, the location is really remote, and it's quite embarrassing that there is a construction site not far away; then the service is more procedural, the lobby is beautiful, the swimming pool outside is also OK, the facilities are a little old, the interior of the room is a classic decoration of the old money style, no feeling, it's hard to hide the feeling of being a little old. This is the least worthwhile hotel in this trip to Dubai, it may be any one in Palm Island. Breakfast is rich in variety.

It's disgusting. The hygiene is worrying. There is bird droppings everywhere. The towels are all moldy. It's terrible. I don't recommend staying here.
