Amazing hotel with amazing facilities, service, staff and hospitality. Right at the heart of Dubai, Downtown and only mins walking to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa. We highly recommend and definitely look forward to coming back :)

My stay at Hotel Boulevard in Dubai was overall very pleasant. The staff was courteous, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the amenities were well-maintained. The location is excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions. The only downside was a pungent smell in the hallway of our floor, which was a bit unpleasant. Fortunately, it did not affect the room itself, and everything else about the stay was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to others but suggest the management address the issue of the hallway odor to enhance the guest experience.

Lovely location which is near to Dubai mall of about 10 mins walking distance. Breakfast was great, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only downside is the water temperature. It is super hot or super cold. Very hard to get the right temperature and the shower room only has rain shower option. Otherwise it will be a perfect 10 experience.

I would also like to thank Sajjad, who works at the restaurant, for all his support. He took great care of us and helped us in everything. And he did it all with a smile. The hotel is very clean and everyone is friendly. If I come again, I will stay here.

The only thing about the hotel is its location and the stuff at the reception. Beside that i would not recommended it. The wifi signal was terrible and carpet was very dirty. In the shower the water can not be controlled either too hot or too cold. In general i would not repeat the experiment again.

The best thing is the location, very close to downtown just 10 minutes walk from the Dubai Mall. It is a very nice small hotel with all the services. The best thing without a doubt has been the attention of the staff, they are very friendly and attentive. The pool is very nice and they put air conditioning machines to relieve the heat. The only bad thing is the price of the drinks at the pool bar, it is excessive. I don't like being asked at breakfast if I want to order something else from the menu when breakfast is already enough, I understand that it is not the staff's problem, it is surely an order from management to increase sales. The shower is small and not functional, especially for tall people. The sockets in the room are not all adapted for international connectors, only two in the entire room. There is no connector for the Hairdryer in the bathroom, you have to go to dry yourself in the middle of the room.

Having stayed at the JW Marriott Marquis the day before, I had the impression that the size and facilities of the room were somewhat inferior, but it was still a very nice room. What was particularly great was that it was right on the doorstep of Dubai Mall. A short walk away there is a spot from which you can see the entire Bruges Khalifa, and in the morning I had an Arabic breakfast at a nearby cafe. I think the convenience is what makes this hotel great. Also worth mentioning is that you can eat and drink by the telephone pool. There is a restaurant right in front of you, and the waiter will come to take your order, and you can enjoy hot snacks on your pool bed. It feels like you are on the sea, which is wonderful.

The hotel's swimming pool is so comfortable. You can lie in the sun, drink something, and smoke a hookah. Enjoy it.

A great experience. The hotel in Dubai really offers the best service. The breakfast is also delicious. You can see the Burj Khalifa when you go out. Dubai Mall is a 15-minute walk away
