From check-in to check-out, the service was top-notch.Thank you to miss Risa in the reception. Friendly, helpful, and attentive staff made our stay wonderful. Perfect location, close to all major attractions. The hotel's pool and fitness center were great perks. - "The hotel's amenities, such as the spa and restaurant, exceeded our expectations. Every thing OK...but it was crowded.. the elevator slow... I don't like they took deposit 500 ae. ..

I got a room at 40 th Floor , with very nice view,, come to Dubai and stay at Metro Barsha on June. You should prepare secirity deposit AED 500 , they quickly pay me back when ia will checkout, better using cash for security deposit Service excellent , the Front Desk is very welcome named Rustam. location is just perfect , super close to Metro station just walk 5 min , very convenient. The room is big with 2 room , 2 balcony and good view but the sofa, carpet looks a bit tired and old . Amenities is poor , I need to call to make sure my sleepers sandlas is not enough for 4 prs , towel also but they quicklya reaponse.

They THROW AWAY MY 2000$ WORTH item. Cleaner mistakenly cleaned my room TWICE, Very very disappointed with the higher management team too. —Name is ********— He refused to compensate under Dubai’s Tourists protection laws. Made me wait for long time on purpose, until 7 hours after I check out, said only 15% discounts for the new stays. He’s doing on purpose knowing I cannot do anything with it They throw away customers item and need customers to book your hotel more??? I’ve been staying in multiple hotels in multiple countries, this bad service is first time. Except that duty manager and Judy manager was great. Thank you for the help.

I HAVE STAYED HERE MANY TIMES BUT THE LAST 2 TIMES WERE VERY DISAPPOINTIMG INCLUDING TGIS TRIP . I BOOKED A FAMILY APPARTMENT AS I DO NORMALLY WHICH HAS A KITCHEN AND WASHING MACHINE BUT WHILE CHECKING IN THE DUTY MANAGER INSISTED THAT MY BOOKING WAS FOR A SUITE . I SHOWED MY BOOKING VOUCHER AND TGIS WAS A PREPAID BOOKING THROUGH TRIP.COM . IT TOOK ME ALL MY SKILLS OF PERSUASION INCLUDING CALLING A SENIOR MANAGER WHO I KNOW FOR YEARS TO SORT THIS OUT . THE PATHETIC SERVICES DO NOT STOP THERE . I ASKED FOR A CLOTHES DRYER A MILLION TIMES AND KEPT BEING TOLD " ITS OIT OF STOCK " WHICH IS A RUBBISH JUSTIFICATION . I DID FINALLY GET ONE AFTER GIVING THEM A PIECE OF MY MIND BUT ONLY AFTER 24 HOURS . UNFFORTUNATELY THUS HOTEL IS TOO OLD NOW AND THE MANAGEMENT AND FRONT OFFICE STAFF ARE UNTRAINED UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE SO I WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN .

First opinion,it’s a terrible hotel-to stay with room in not so good condition. The room was full of dust with old soiled curtains, carpets and with poor maintenance of air condition facility. I was charged early check in charges only to allow them to clean the room and service the AC. Rather we could have waited in the reception as we could hardly use the room. Almost the entire day until 5 PM maintenance and cleaning activities were carried out. Only after intervention from trip.com executive they changed the room to a better one. It’s sad that being part of the Accor group, cleanliness of rooms and maintenance standards are not on par with other hotels of Accor group. Hence I wouldn’t ever consider for my next stay and when I checked other reviews, many of them had similar complaint and issues. I stay quite often in other hotels due to my frequent travel and I have never had such experience and in particularly with hotels maintained by Accor.
